1. Stimuler l’apprentissage des enfants en bas-âge et leur développement psychologique, intellectuel et affectif

2. Offrir un accompagnement psycho-social régulier aux enfants de milieux défavorisés

3. Construction/rénovation de bâtiments pour l’accueil des enfants en bas âge (une

infrastructure propice au développement des enfants)
