To those who did not achieve the results they hoped for, we send our sincere encouragement. Every journey includes challenges, and every setback is a step toward growth and future success. Do not lose confidence—perseverance is key, and new opportunities lie ahead.

Safer Internet Day 2026 will take place on the 10th of February 2026, with celebrations and learning based around the theme ‘Smart tech, safe choices – Exploring the safe and responsible use of AI’.

On Safer Internet Day 2026, Halley Movement & Helpline Mauritius join global and local efforts to promote safer and more responsible use of technology. Through awareness-raising, guidance and accessible support, the service helps empower young people and families to make safer choices online, cope with digital risks, and know where to seek help if they encounter cyberbullying, scams, or harmful interactions on the internet.

Halley Movement is a coalition of NGOs focused on child and family welfare in Mauritius and Southern Africa, with ECOSOC Consultative Status.
