We invite Dr Conrad Borg Manche to spend a day at our office listening to LGBTIQ+ people, migrant, youths, and trans/gender diverse individuals, who regularly experience discrimination and harassment just for being who they are. We invite him to read our Regional Strategy, which highlighted how visibility events such as Pride support LGBTIQ+ integration, but also enhance wellbeing and connectedness for our community. We invite him to read through the comments section of any LGBTIQ+ related article and tell us that LGBTIQ+ people are fully integrated within our society.

We stand behind MGRM in condemning misleading statements and blatant manipulation of activists' voice to push a false message. No LGBTIQ+ activist supports the erasure of Pride; implying that Pride is not needed is an attack on our community and our history. We stand behind truth and progress, not falsehood and regression.

🌈📽Calling all Videographers

We are hiring a Videographer to create engaging reels and video content for an educational campaign on Debunking Anti-Queer Narratives as part of our project SHIFT: Shaping Honest Information for Tomorrow. Help us shoot engaging reels and social media videos designed for youth audiences to bring awareness to harmful gender stereotypes.

🏳️‍🌈 LGBTIQ+ persons are highly encouraged to apply!

Your role would be:

🎬Film interviews and in person content with selected participants
✂ Edit videos to be suitable for social media (Facebook, Insta, TikTok)
📊Be able to include graphics, statistics, and imposed data in content
🇲🇹🇬🇧 Translate content into Maltese and English where needed

Requirements

🎤Own professional equipment, such as cameras and microphones
🚗 Be available to film on agreed dates in Malta and in Gozo
📝 Be registered with VAT and can issue a fiscal receipt
📅 Duration: September 2026 - March 2027
💵 Maximum bid: €3,500
Deadline: July 1st
