Sat Mindo explores the deeper stillness and “no-thingness” that exists behind all thoughts, desires, activity, and experience. Using examples from meditation, breath, sound, and human desire, he explains how most people remain identified with movement and action, while true fulfillment is discovered within emptiness, rest, and spacious Awareness.
