Inclusive workplaces don't happen by accident. They are built, deliberately, skill by skill, conversation by conversation, by managers and leaders who know how to make them happen.

That is exactly what The Inclusive Manager is designed to do. Developed by Weave Consulting and aligned to the Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter, this blended training programme gives your people the practical knowledge and confidence to lead inclusively, from day one. 🎉 What an incredible evening we had on 12th June at Dar Manresa, Gozo!

A massive thank you to the The Gozo Business Chamber for bringing together such an amazing group of people for the "Managing Workforce Diversity" seminar. Employers, community leaders, public authorities, and representatives from so many different national communities, all united around one goal: building better, more inclusive workplaces. 👏

Julian Dingli Delivered a practical workshop, highlighting important tools and reasonable accommodations that reduce friction, conflict and avoid language distortion with minimal or 0 investment. The conversations were honest, practical, and full of energy, exactly the kind of dialogue that leads to real change. It was truly one of those events that leaves you feeling inspired and hopeful about the future of work here in Gozo and Malta. 🌍❤️

And the good news? The conversation doesn't stop there.
