A new European Citizens’ Initiative is calling for stronger protection through sterilisation, vaccination, access to veterinary care and responsible, humane population management.

The MSPCA supports long-term solutions that prevent suffering rather than simply respond to it.

✍️ One million signatures are needed to bring this call before the European Commission.
