📢 Link & Learn: VO Networking Online Edition

MCVS is excited to share the 2026-27 Link & Learn: VO Networking programme. This is a series of free networking sessions and learning opportunities, led by peer educators and covering topics relevant to the voluntary sector.

The sessions are aimed at managing members of VOs and are designed to:
✨ Connect voluntary organisations
💡 Share knowledge and experiences
🤝 Build meaningful partnerships
🚀 Leverage each other’s strengths for mutual growth

📢📢📢 The Small Initiatives Support Scheme (SIS) call for proposals 2027 is now open!

ℹ💪 This scheme is designed to assist enrolled and compliant VOs to implement a project or initiative in the community.

⚠📲 Total budget for this scheme is €180,000, with each application requesting a maximum of €5,000. Information meetings have also been announced in order to guide VOs during the application process.

📑⏱ Applications deadline is Wednesday 7th October 2026 at NOON.

🎥 TENDER CALL | VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES

St John Ambulance & Rescue Malta is inviting quotations from suitably qualified videographers / production companies for the provision of videography and video editing services for our project:

“Għajnuna f’waqtha! Taħriġ fl-Ewwel Għajnuna bil-Malti”

The project will produce a series of short, practical First Aid training videos designed to make essential lifesaving knowledge more accessible to Maltese-speaking audiences.

🎬 Scope of Services

The successful service provider will be required to:
* Film and produce 10 short First Aid training videos
* Approximate final duration: 2–3 minutes per video
* Language: Maltese
* Include Maltese voice-over where required
* Include suitable subtitles, titles, transitions and graphics
* Work with St John Ambulance & Rescue volunteers who will feature in the videos
* Ensure a consistent visual style across the full video series
* Deliver final videos suitable for publication on social media, video-sharing platforms and the organisation’s website

📍 Filming
Filming is expected to take place at a maximum of two locations in Malta.
Where possible, filming is ideally to be scheduled on a Saturday, subject to agreement between the production team and St John Ambulance & Rescue.

📅 Timeline
The production must be fully completed by end of November 2026. The first completed videos are required for launch in October 2026, with the remaining videos to follow within the agreed production schedule.
