I promised, that after finishing the last charity fundraiser, I’d share a useful exercise with you — a practice from the Resilience Journal (yes, I’m still working on it, and it’s almost ready for print 📖).
After attending a workshop with .dusha , I’ve slightly updated this exercise

Exercise / Practice:
Kind Acts and the Joy of Empathy
Try creating a chat in your messenger app where it’s just you.
Mine is on WhatsApp as a kind of personal community, but you can use any app 😉
Each day (without pressure), write or send screenshots/photos of things like:
1. A kind act you did / A fundraiser you supported today 🩵💛
2. Someone you genuinely feel happy for today 🌱
