💚 World Mental Health Day | 10th October 🧠

Mental health matters, both in and outside the workplace.

At GWU Youths, we believe that everyone deserves to work in an environment where they feel supported, respected and comfortable speaking openly about their mental health.

Creating healthier workplaces starts with awareness, understanding and ensuring that no one feels alone when facing challenges.

Let’s continue breaking the stigma, encouraging open conversations and promoting workplaces that prioritise mental wellbeing. 💚
