This year, we had Elisa who did her SOK project on the importance of open spaces for mental health, having talked to her local council in Siggiewi Kunsill Lokali Is-Siġġiewi whilst Dylan proposed an EkoSkola Malta for the University of Malta! 😯 Val even became a team member after doing his own SOK Project with us just last year. 🥳 It has been a blast.

These are the great initiatives you can participate in with Vuci Kollettiva.

Ready to ace that project? Let's make it happen together! 😎

Today, our Chairperson Kris Bajada delivered an insightful workshop on the deep social impact of community gardens and their power to transform society both now and in the years to come.

When communities come together in shared spaces, the benefits ripple outward:

• Short-Term Impact: Creating accessible "third places" where people can gather, combat social isolation, build friendships, and recharge without the pressure to spend money.

• Long-Term Impact: Strengthening local resilience, fostering democratic participation, and ensuring public assets stay in the hands of the community.

When we invest in community-led spaces, we nurture empowered and connected societies for tomorrow. ❤️

Where do young people go when they just need a place to connect? 🤝

Community spaces in Malta are few and far between. See how you can own such a space and see the real return on investment is social impact:

• Fights isolation by giving youth an accessible place to belong
• Supports mental well-being in a pressure-free environment
• Strengthens local networks and brings neighborhoods to life

Investing in community-led spaces is about keeping our society connected. ❤️

🎯 The VK Games: Themed pub nights, interactive quizzes, and dares. If you’re aged 16-35 and want a night out that actually hits different, watch this space.

Once again, Vuċi Kollettiva is proud to launch its annual food drive in support of the Foodbank Lifeline Foundation.

But this year, we’re doing more than returning: We’re going Nationwide

For the first time ever, this initiative brings together communities from every corner of the Maltese Islands, proving that solidarity knows no boundaries.

🤝 With the support of KSU - Kunsill Studenti Universitarji, GUG, International Students Association, MMSA - Malta Medical Students' Association, Happy Paws Charity Organisation, Proutist Universal Malta and M Johann Missionary, we’ve expanded our reach like never before.

📍 Drop-off points are now available in the South, North, Central Malta, and Gozo, making it easier than ever for everyone to take part.

💛 Every donation, big or small, helps place food on a family’s table and restore dignity where it matters most: at Home.
Together, we can turn simple acts of generosity into a nationwide movement of solidarity.

Because when we act collectively, no one is left behind.

👉 Join us. Donate. Share. Be part of the change.
