Don Bosco Foundation is proud that our project "Forgotten Frames: The Giuseppe Fenech Collection" has been selected for funding and we have attended the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector Grant Award Presentation.

We are grateful for the continuous support towards voluntary organisations and community initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives. Together, we continue working towards empowering individuals, supporting families, and strengthening our community.

✨ What a day to remember! ✨

Last Saturday, something truly special happened at our European Youth Week event — "Where Passion Meets Purpose" and our hearts are still full! 💛

To every young person who walked through the door, shared their voice, and showed up with courage and curiosity — YOU were the heart of this event. Watching you connect, reflect, and inspire was everything.

To our incredible speakers, thank you for bringing your wisdom, your energy, and your genuine care. You didn't just present; you inspired.

European Youth Week reminded us that when young people are given space to explore who they are and what they stand for, incredible things happen. Passion really does meet purpose. 🌍

✨ BOOST Scheme 2026 ✨

We are pleased to share that Don Bosco Foundation has been awarded funding through the BOOST Scheme 2026, organised by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ

Through our project, Modern Tools for Meaningful Dialogue, we will be upgrading our boardroom with modern collaborative technology that will support meetings, training sessions, Erasmus+ initiatives, and youth-focused activities.

The new equipment will help us create a more interactive and inclusive environment, allowing for hybrid participation, improved collaboration, and stronger engagement with young people and partners both locally and internationally.

We would like to thank Aġenzija Żgħażagħ for their continued support towards organisations working with and for young people. We look forward to implementing this project and sharing its impact with our community.

We are honoured to be among the initiatives selected for support during European Youth Week 2026 🇪🇺

A big thank you to the organisers for this opportunity and for recognising the importance of youth-led action in building more inclusive and fair communities. As part of this year’s programme, Don Bosco Foundation will be organising two projects contributing to the themes of solidarity and fairness. We’re excited to be part of a nationwide effort that empowers young people across Malta and Gozo.

If you are 16–35 years old and looking for opportunities for personal growth, exploring new pathways, and inspiring reflections, this project is for you 🚀

This initiative gives you the chance to engage in meaningful conversations with older generations, learn from peers who have had interesting journeys, and reflect on your own goals through coaching and practical exercises 🤺

Step Beyond encourages you to step out of your comfort zone, embrace challenges, and explore new pathways with self-reflection, fairness and solidarity🧗 🌱

Participants will receive a certificate of participation.

☀️ And… last day of our Ersamus+ Training Course Safe & Sound, on Safeguarding 🛡️🥲

The final day of a memorable week. After the last sessions and reflections, we closed our project with heavy hearts. It was followed by an unforgettable final evening, and today all our participants are safely home. 🏘️

☀️ DAY 3 of our Erasmus+ Training Course Safe & Sound, on Safeguarding 🛡️

In the morning we had two important sessions about the methodology, where we deepened our understanding of peer-led activities. 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽
After the many sessions, the team had a free afternoon, giving them the opportunity to explore Malta and Gozo and to process the intensive training a bit. 🇲🇹
