Our Understanding the Impact of Gambling on Mental Health workshop explores the psychological and emotional impacts of gambling, equipping customer-facing staff with the skills to confidently identify signs of harm during interactions and respond with genuine empathy - protecting your support agents from burnout, ensuring strict compliance with responsible gaming standards, and transforming regulatory obligation into active, brand-protecting care.

"I support mothers and their children in adapting to the programme while promoting their wellbeing within a safe and supportive environment," says Janice, Social Worker at Dar Tereża.

🏠 Janice works closely with mothers and their children as they settle in, coordinating with the wider team to make sure care is consistent. She also plays a key role in the referral process, helping mothers access the right services and work towards greater stability and independence.

At Dar Tereża, no mother goes through the journey alone 🤱.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month. Yet for many men, it passes unnoticed.

Not because they don’t need support, but because somewhere along the way, pushing through became easier than speaking up.

If you've been carrying things on your own for a while, you already know the toll it can take. Strength is not about suffering in silence. Sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is reach out.

At Richmond, we're here to listen, support, and walk alongside you through difficult times.

You don't have to face it alone.

Exam season is visibly stressful and challenging for students, but it also affects parents and the family as a whole. How can you manage this stressful period?

Firstly, acknowledge that supporting your child through exams while managing work can feel overwhelming - you're not alone in this!
Secondly, read some of our practical tips to support you and your family:

- Take short breaks together: a quick walk, a short chat, or completing some of the easier house chores together,
- Create a routine that works for everyone: a little structure can bring a sense of calm into this hectic period, and
- Remember that your best is enough - for both you and your children ;)

💬 If you or someone you know is in need of support, contact us at olli.chat or email [email protected].

Wishing everyone good luck during this time!
