On islands, that gap widens further.

FemPowered Islands (FEMP) is an EU-funded Erasmus+ initiative connecting women entrepreneurs across Malta, Madeira and Cyprus, three island communities, one shared mission: closing the gender gap in entrepreneurship where geographic isolation makes it hardest to close.
