This event is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level, and promises to be an amazing, fun-filled experience. Let’s jump together for a cause that matters—raising awareness, breaking the stigma around mental health, and supporting those in need.
This cause is incredibly personal to me after the recent passing of my brother-in-law to su***de. With so many people tragically taking their own lives every day, it’s time we come together to make a difference. 10th October marks World Mental Health Awareness Day, making this the perfect opportunity to shine a light on this issue.
