🌸 Sometimes the best kind of play is simply slowing down. 🌸

This week, I’ve taken a little breather with my own family and friends, reminding myself that nurturing our little ones also means nurturing ourselves. 💛

Whether it’s cuddling up with a story, sharing a meal with friends, or just pausing for a quiet moment, these simple connections are what fill our cups.

✨ To all the mummies: it’s okay to press pause, to rest, and to just be with your little one. You’re doing wonderfully, even on the slower days. ✨

Next week, we’ll be back at The Nook, refreshed and ready for more sensory adventures — but for now, here’s to cosy family moments and giving ourselves permission to breathe. 🌿

🌿 This week at The Nook… 🌿

We hopped into the world of a very special hare 🐇💛

✨ Little explorers squished, scooped, and dug in “carrot patch” trays 🥕
✨ Curious hands wobbled jelly and found hidden surprises 🌈
✨ Mummies and babies snuggled up with story time, sharing love “as high as the moon” 🌙
