Once again I would like to ask all MABT beauticians to pay their miserable fee of 25 euro per year. Before Covid we through MCCAA managed to set up and publish a standard for Beauty Services. We were about to launch it when covid struck. As an Asdociation we were on hands with SMEs organisation to obtain monetary help for our sector Beauticians too. We hold the Sec. General post in the European EE United ( previously C.E.P.E.C). We are trying to liase with the health department to cut out on permits for unqualified beauticians. We need the fees to carry on. There is NO SECTOR which has no Association or union these days. Without them one cannot take part in social dialogue locally or in Europe. No consultation with beauticians or their associations. Sone treatments fall under medical personnel but some under beauticians. We were told when budget was announced that there will be no new taxes!!°
