Today, the Cub Scouts of Iklin met at Ta’ Qali National Park for a fun-filled afternoon outdoors! 🌳☀️

We enjoyed a creative drawing session where everyone let their imagination shine, followed by an exciting scavenger hunt around the park. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore nature, enjoy the fresh air, and spend quality time together as a pack.

A great day full of adventure, creativity, and friendship! 🐾🎨🍃

🌿🥾 Cub Hike Adventure! 🥾🌿

Yesterday, our Cubs enjoyed a fun and educational hike, exploring the countryside and visiting a nearby cave. Along the way, they also practiced basic map orienteering skills and learned about the compass rose, helping them navigate their surroundings with confidence.

The adventure concluded with a pleasant walk back to Iklin, filled with teamwork, discovery, and plenty of smiles.

Well done to all our Cubs for their enthusiasm and adventurous spirit! 🐾🌍

What an unforgettable weekend with our amazing Cub Scouts! From night hikes under the stars, to exploring the ancient beauty of Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra, to stepping back in time with a local history reenactment — every moment was packed with adventure, learning, and laughter.

We wrapped it all up with games, teamwork, new friendships… and of course, a cosy evening bonfire.
These Cubs didn’t just camp — they grew, they explored, they helped one another, and they shone. 💚

More from last week’s Youth’s award ceremony. This year our SPL Kate was awarded the Mountaineer award for completing the Troop program. We look forward to have more of our members following the same steps next year.
