Malta Judo Federation General Secretary just submitted the exam for the IOC Certificate Safeguarding Officer in Sport, after 6 months of studying. This course was only possible thanks to the GSSE Legacy Fund offered by the Maltese Olympic Committee. Now fingers crossed until the result is received :-)

Huge congratulations to Mattea for reaching a monumental milestone for Maltese Judo. She has become the first-ever Maltese judoka to win a contest at a European Olympic Hopes event, defeating Lena Marie Josic (SRB) in a brilliant repechage performance.
