Our professionally run classes aim to provide the best in early football for young children in Malta. The classes are specifically designed for boys and girls 2 years - 6 years old to take their first steps into football. We use football and fun games to build confidence, co-ordination, communication and team-building, while providing the opportunity to mix and make friends with other children. L

earning group activities, following basic instructions like sitting, standing, walking and running in line and watching others is all part of the experience. Our exercises are designed for young children to use their imagination and our warm up sessions are aimed at getting them to listen to simple instructions and interact in a fun and easy to follow play environment. Simple problem-solving activities provide the perfect informal games focused classes for encouraging fledgling footballers to advance their basic attention and listening skills. Building confidence and feeling at ease is a key part of carefully designed activities. By interacting in fun games, that include activities with specific leg and arm movements our classes help young children build their physical confidence, practice new actions whilst watching and copying their friends. Simple show and tell techniques and activities with bags of patience, good humour and re-enforcement is key part of the classes. Treating each child as an individual and providing parents with feedback on how well each child is doing is all part of our carefully designed experience. In our classes, young children gain greater motor control whilst developing their co-ordination, balance and full body control mechanisms. We introduce them to controlling the ball and share with them the concepts of trapping and dribbling with the ball. Early development of eye and ball co-ordination is critical. In order for the children to feel comfortable and natural with a football they learn to kick both stationary and moving balls to identify targets and most important of all – score some goals! We want young children to be excited every time that they come to our classes and scoring goals is the perfect opportunity for them to realise that they have succeeded and are the best in their world! To achieve this, we require 1 (but only 1) parent to participate with each child during each session.

Dear all,

Tomorrow is the first day for our First Ever GOZO Summer Term which will take place between 6:30-7:30pm at Ghajnsielem Ground! ⚽️

Below we are going to give you an overview of what to expect on the first day of training and other important notes.

The session starts at 18:30 and runs till approximately 19:30. Before we start, we will be giving you the T-shirt and an explanation on the groups you will be in.

The session will have adequate water breaks where the children can hydrate themselves so its important to bring plenty of water with you, both for you and your child 😉

On the first day we encourage you to arrive at-least 15-20 minutes before start time. It is important that the parent participating with the child comes in adequate sports wear, ready to break a sweat, and get a little wet in our water games 💦

We would also like to remind you that only one legal guardian is allowed on the pitch, however any other people are welcome to spectate from the sides.

Please also remember to check our page at least an hour before the session due to any cancellations in respect to the weather.

The session starts at 09:00am and runs till approximately 10:00am. On the first day we will be giving you the kit and ball if you ordered one, and an explanation on the groups you will be in will be provided.
