🇲🇹 Is-saħħa mentali tagħna hija importanti! Illum, fil-Jum Dinji għas-Saħħa Mentali, infakkru kemm hu importanti li nieħdu ħsieb tagħna nfusna, mhux biss fiżikament, iżda wkoll mentalment u emozzjonalment 💚

Sib ħin għalik innifsek, tkellem ma’ xi ħadd li tafda, strieħ meta jkollok bżonn u fuq kollox, kun ġentili miegħek innifsek u ma’ dawk ta’ madwarek. Qatt ma tkun taf minn xiex ikun għaddej ħaddieħor! 🙌🏼

Li titlob l-għajnuna huwa pass importanti biex tieħu ħsieb tiegħek innifsek. Jekk għandek bżonn appoġġ emozzjonali, tista’ ċċempel il-Helpline tas-Saħħa Mentali fuq 1579 📞

🇬🇧 Our mental health matters! Today, on World Mental Health Day, we’re reminded of the importance of looking after ourselves, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too 💚

Make time for yourself, talk to someone you trust, rest when you need to and above all, be kind to yourself and those around you. You never know what someone else may be going through 🙌🏼

Asking for help is an important step in taking care of yourself. If you need emotional support, you can call the Mental Health Helpline on 1579 📞

✨ Hamrun Girl Guides Promise Ceremony ✨

Last week, we came together for a very special Promise Ceremony, bringing all our sections together for a memorable event.

Throughout the event, the girls took part in different fun and meaningful workshops, celebrating the values, friendship and spirit of Guiding. 🌟

A big thank you to all the parents and families who joined us and helped make this occasion even more special. Your continued support means so much to our girls and our unit. 🥰

Already a Year from our Adventure in Kent !

Where were you exactly one year ago?

We were welcoming thousands of Scouts and Guides from across the globe to KIJ25 in the heart of Kent!

It was the start of something truly magical where adventures were had, friendships were made and memories were created.

Though we might not be having fun with you all at KIJ this week, we know loads of you have been having some awesome adventures elsewhere! We want to wish those other Jamborees that have happened already 'Congratulations' and for those happening right now or due to happen in the coming weeks of the summer a massive 'Good Luck!'

We are sure everyone is having an AWESOME summer no matter where you are!

And how about a little one year gift from the team at KIJ? Follow the link below for around 5,000 photos (many unseen before now!) of the adventure that was The Festival of Scouting & Guiding in the summer of 2025!
