As part of the induction process for two of our newest Rovers, Andrew Lombardo and Yana Caruana, took on the challenge of preparing a full three-course meal in the outdoors, putting our teamwork, creativity, and cooking skills to the test.
From planning and preparation to cooking and serving, the evening was a great opportunity to showcase the spirit of Rovering: learning by doing, stepping outside our comfort zones, and sharing memorable experiences with others. We were also delighted to welcome friends from outside the Scout Movement, giving them a glimpse into the adventures, skills, and camaraderie that make Rovering so special.
A huge well done to everyone involved, especially our squires, who rose to the challenge!⚜️
