Prisms provides opportunities to young people and youth workers to develop their abilities through local and European projects.

As Prisms Malta we offer a wide range of services including:

- Youth Work Services with young people
- Coaching and mentoring of young people
- Professional advice on European and local funds
- Project management
- Training sessions on a variety of topics both online and offline. Some of the themes that we can cover during training courses are

🌍 BRIDGE FOR MOBILITY, the European project supported by Erasmus+ aimed at promoting Autistic People in international mobility is at Fagotin.

For 3 days, with our partners Aias Bologna (Italy), ActByChoice (Denmark), Maison de l'Europe des Landes Wipsee (France), FORYOU Сдружение ЗА ТЕБ (Bulgaria), Le Fagotin (Belgium), we develop tools and skills to achieve our goals 🤝

On the program: preparation of national and international mobility, production of explanatory and awareness videos for educators, organization of workshops for our partners. And of course, discovery of the realities of each person in a stimulating intercultural context.

CAPteens San Ġwann, A Journey towards Leadership 🌟

As we come to the end of our “Take the Lead” project, we look back with pride and gratitude at the journey our young leaders have taken.

Through the Leadership Course, our CAPteens members had the opportunity to develop their confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, take on new responsibilities, and discover the positive impact they can have on others. It has been wonderful to see them grow, step out of their comfort zones, and prepare to support and inspire the younger members of our youth centre. 💪✨

A heartfelt thank you to APS Bank for supporting this initiative through CSR funding. Your contribution has helped us create valuable opportunities for our young people to learn, grow, and become active, responsible leaders within their community. 🙏💙

We are incredibly proud of our CAPteens leaders and look forward to seeing them put everything they have learned into practice. This may be the end of the project, but it is only the beginning of their leadership journey! 🌱

On the 1st of October, we welcomed our partners to Malta for the Final Project Meeting of our Transformative Journeys Erasmus+ project.📣

As the project comes towards its end, the meeting gave us an important opportunity to come together one final time to look back at the journey we have shared, evaluate the work carried out, discuss the impact of the project, and reflect on everything we have achieved together.

Partners also discussed the final steps of the project, including dissemination, reporting and how the knowledge, tools and approaches developed through Transformative Journeys can continue to be used beyond the lifetime of the project.

While this was our final project meeting, we hope that the journey does not end here. The experiences, learning and connections created throughout the project will continue to influence the work we do with young people and communities.

A big thank you to all our partners, especially the Karl Vella Foundation - KVF for leading this project, for their commitment, collaboration and contribution throughout this journey!

We’re bringing back the artists for another 2 special evenings at Forms of Presence exhibition.

📅 Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October 2026

📍 Creative Expressions, Iż-Żejtun

On Friday 9th we’ll be joined by:
🔥 Karen Briffa, hosting a pyrography station, offering visitors a closer look at this distinctive artistic process.
🎬 Lorna Grima, screening a short film, followed by a Q&A with the artist.
✨ Evelyn Vella with a live artwork, offering a glimpse into her creative process as it unfolds.

On Saturday 10th we’ll be joined by:
🎨 Hannah Micallef, with a collaborative art piece, inviting visitors to become part of the creative process.
📖 Gabriel Lia with live readings accompanied by an installation, bringing words and visual expression together.
💃 Angela Bettoni, presenting the live dance performance of "Labels" (2026).

Don't miss this final opportunity to meet the artists, SUPPORT THEM, and experience their practices live and discover the different ways Forms of Presence explores self, identity and what it means to be present.

TRANSFORMATIVE JOURNEYS | FINAL CONFERENCE 🌿✨
We have officially wrapped up the Transformative Journeys Final Conference, bringing together professionals, practitioners and project partners for a morning of learning, reflection and exchange.

The conference featured a presentation of the project guidebook, a panel discussion exploring what makes different therapeutic approaches effective, and three interactive break-out sessions focusing on narrative approaches, somatic practices and wilderness therapy.

Together with our partners, we explored different ways of supporting personal growth and wellbeing, sharing insights and experiences that can inform future practice.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, our project partners and all those who contributed to making this event a meaningful conclusion to the project.
