Track Sessions - Every Thursday 18:30 ❤️‍🔥

These sessions are for those looking to improve their running, whether you’re just starting out or chasing your next PB ❤️‍🔥 Sessions are designed to cater beginners and more advanced runners. Sessions are open for people to join at NO COACHING FEE as part of our mission to help people get into movement 🫶🏼

However a €6 track fee needs to be paid to use the premises which can paid at reception at St. Aloysius Sports Complex.

We’ve also been cooking something very special for the past couple of weeks….our biggest community event of the year so far ❤️‍🔥 A 3 day camp trip filled with activities designed to connect humans through movement and nature 🏕️

If you don’t have a tent yet we’ve also thought about you. We’ll be setting up a WhatsApp for people who would be willing to share their tent or you can also opt to sleep indoors, there are some limited mattresses, you’ll just need to bring your own bedding.

We’re excited to announce another SRC Wellness event 🤍 This time round we’ll be headed to Mdina for a morning of movement. We’ll be hosting a pilates and yoga session, finished with some breathing exercises to start your morning the right way.
