حمامة الركاب كانت واحدة من أكثر الطيور عدداً على الأرض، بأسراب تُحجب بها الشمس!
لكنها انقرضت تماماً عام 1914 بسبب:
🔸 الصيد الجائر الوحشي.
🔸 تدمير موائلها الغابية.
🔸 عدم وجود قوانين حماية.

اليوم، آلاف الطيور على حافة الانقراض بنفس التهديدات!

النمر السيفي (Smilodon) كان أحد أقوى الحيوانات في عصر الجليد، أنيابه الطويلة تشبه السيوف!
انقرض قبل 10,000 سنة بسبب:
🔹 تغير المناخ المفاجئ.
🔹 صيد البشر المكثف.
🔹 اختفاء فرائسه الطبيعية.

اليوم، كائنات أسطورية على حافة الاختفاء للأسباب ذاتها!
✧ الفيل الإفريقي (الصيد الجائر)
✧ وحيد القرن الجاوي (تجارة القرون)
✧ نمر الثلوج (تدمير الموائل)

في يوم عيد الأضحى المبارك، نظمت جمعية الدفاع عن الطبيعة والعمل البيئي حملة تحسيسية بيئية ميدانية على شاطئ البحر في مدينة نواذيبو، وتحديدًا في منطقة كبانو، التي تشهد توافدًا كبيرًا خلال الأعياد.

قام متطوعو الجمعية بتوزيع منشورات توعوية على الزوّار، تتضمن نصائح للحفاظ على نظافة الشاطئ، وأهمية التخلص السليم من النفايات، خصوصًا بقايا الأضاحي. كما قدّموا شروحات مباشرة للمصطافين حول أثر التلوث البحري على البيئة والصحة.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن جهود الجمعية لنشر الوعي البيئي، وتعزيز السلوكيات الإيجابية تجاه الطبيعة، في مناسبة يحتفل فيها الناس لكن البيئة تحتاج أيضًا إلى من يحتفل بها بالحفاظ عليها

On the blessed day of Eid al-Adha, the Association for the Defense of Nature and Environmental Action organized a field awareness campaign on the beach of Nouadhibou, specifically in the Kabano area, which sees a large influx of visitors during holidays.

Volunteers distributed educational leaflets to beachgoers, offering tips on keeping the beach clean and properly disposing of waste, especially animal remains from the Eid sacrifice. They also engaged directly with the public to explain the harmful effects of marine pollution on both nature and human health.

اختارت جمعية الدفاع عن الطبيعة والعمل البيئي أن تقدم هديةً مختلفة لمدينة نواذيبو:
تضحيةٌ بوقتٍ وجهد.. وعطاءٌ لأرضنا ووطننا!

شهد شاطئ كبانو ١ اليوم ٧ يونيو مشهداً يُشرق القلب..
أعضاء الجمعية ومنتسبوها.. أبطال البيئة.. يكتبون ملحمةً بطولية بين الرمال الذهبية وأمواج المحيط!
أكياسٌ تملؤها إرادة التغيير.. وقفزاتٌ نحو القمامة بلا تردد.. وهمسات الأمواج تشكر سواعدهم.

كل كيس قمامة رُفع.. هو صدقةٌ لبحارنا، وزكاةٌ لأرضنا..
كل انحناءة لجمع بقعة بلاستيك.. هي ركعةٌ في محراب البيئة..
هذا هو العيد الحقيقي: حين تذوب الفردوسية في خدمة الأرض والإنسان!

Bags filled with the will to change... leaps toward trash without hesitation... and the whispers of the waves thanking their efforts.

Every bag of trash collected is charity for our seas, a purification for our land...
Every bend to pick up a piece of plastic is a bow in the temple of the environment...
This is the true Eid: when selflessness dissolves into service for the Earth and humanity!
