منظمة مكافحة تطرف الشباب وترقية المواطنة تعلن مشاركة كافيه سالم بلال في زمالة CrossCulture بألمانيا لمدة ثلاثة أشهر
في إطار جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز التكوين والتأهيل وبناء القدرات الشبابية وتعزيز الدبلوماسية المدنية وتوسيع الشراكات مع المعاهد والجامعات الدولية تعلن منظمة مكافحة تطرف الشباب وترقية المواطنة – موريتانيا عن مشاركتها في برنامج CrossCulture التابع لمعهد العلاقات الثقافية الخارجية الألماني (ifa).
وتتم هذه المشاركة من خلال السيدة كافيه سالم بلال بصفتها منسقة المنظمة على مستوى نواكشوط الجنوبية والتي تم اختيارها للمشاركة في زمالة البرنامج بجمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية لمدة ثلاثة أشهر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 04 مايو إلى 27 يوليو 2026، وذلك في إطار شراكة دولية يشرف عليها معهد العلاقات الثقافية الخارجية الألماني Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen e.V. (ifa)، وبالتعاون مع المؤسسة المضيفة في ألمانيا المعنية بالتبادل الثقافي.
وتفيد المنظمة بأن السيدة كافيه سالم بلال تعمل ضمن صفوفها منذ عام 2019 على مستوى نواكشوط الجنوبية حيث ساهمت في تنفيذ العديد من الأنشطة والبرامج الميدانية المتعلقة بتمكين الشباب وترسيخ قيم المواطنة ومكافحة التطرف إضافة إلى دعم المبادرات المجتمعية ذات الطابع التنموي والتوعوي.
وخلال فترة البرنامج ستتلقى الزميلة تكوينًا متخصصًا وخبرة ميدانية ضمن إطار برنامج التبادل المهني والثقافي.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن الرئيس عبد الله الداي مسعود قد اختار مشاركة المعنية وصادق على ترشيحها واستكمال جميع الإجراءات الإدارية واللوجستية اللازمة بما في ذلك ترتيبات السفر والالتحاق بالبرنامج.
كما توضح المنظمة أن المعنية ستتوجه إلى ألمانيا بداية شهر مايو 2026، ضمن فترة البرنامج الممتدة لثلاثة أشهر.
وتشدد المنظمة على أن هذه المشاركة تأتي في إطار استراتيجيتها الرامية إلى تعزيز حضور كوادرها في البرامج الدولية وتطوير مهاراتهم المهنية، وبناء جسور تعاون مع المؤسسات الدولية بما يسهم في نقل الخبرات وتطوير برامجها داخل موريتانيا خاصة في مجالات الشباب والمواطنة والدبلوماسية المدنية.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن برنامج CrossCulture يعد أحد البرامج الدولية الرائدة في دعم التبادل الثقافي والمهني، ويهدف إلى تعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات وبناء شبكات تعاون بين الفاعلين المدنيين والمؤسسات من مختلف دول العالم.
وفي الأخير، تؤكد المنظمة أن هذه الخطوة تمثل إضافة نوعية لمسارها في تمكين الشباب الموريتاني وتعزيز انفتاحه على التجارب الدولية.

jeunes et Promotion de la Citoyenneté annonce la participation de kavya Salem Bilal à la bourse CrossCulture en Allemagne pour une durée de trois mois
Dans le cadre de ses efforts visant à renforcer la formation, le développement des compétences, l’autonomisation des jeunes, la diplomatie civile et l’élargissement des partenariats avec des instituts et universités internationaux, l'Organisation Pour la Lutte Contre la Radicalisation Des
jeunes et Promotion de la Citoyenneté, annonce sa participation au programme CrossCulture de l’Institut des relations culturelles étrangères (ifa).
Cette participation est assurée par Madame Kavya Salem Bilal, en sa qualité de coordinatrice de l’organisation pour Nouakchott Sud, qui a été sélectionnée pour participer à la bourse en République fédérale d’Allemagne pour une durée de trois mois, du 04 mai au 27 juillet 2026. Cette participation s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un partenariat international supervisé par l’Institut des relations culturelles étrangères (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen e.V. – ifa), en coopération avec l’institution d’accueil en Allemagne chargée des échanges culturels.
L’organisation précise que Madame Kavya Salem Bilal travaille au sein de ses structures depuis 2019 à Nouakchott Sud, où elle a contribué à la mise en œuvre de nombreuses activités de terrain et programmes liés à l’autonomisation des jeunes, à la promotion des valeurs de citoyenneté et à la lutte contre l’extrémisme, ainsi qu’au soutien d’initiatives communautaires à caractère développemental et de sensibilisation.
Durant la période du programme, la boursière bénéficiera d’une formation spécialisée et d’une expérience de terrain dans le cadre d’un programme d’échange professionnel et culturel.
L’organisation confirme que le président Abdallahi Daye Messoud a validé sa participation, approuvé sa nomination et finalisé toutes les procédures administratives et logistiques nécessaires, y compris les modalités de voyage et d’inscription au programme.
Elle précise également que la participante se rendra en Allemagne au début du mois de mai 2026, pour toute la durée du programme de trois mois.
L’organisation souligne que cette participation s’inscrit dans sa stratégie visant à renforcer la présence de ses cadres dans les programmes internationaux, à développer leurs compétences professionnelles et à établir des ponts de coopération avec les institutions internationales, contribuant ainsi au transfert d’expertise et au développement de ses programmes en Mauritanie, notamment dans les domaines de la jeunesse, de la citoyenneté et de la diplomatie civile.
Il convient de noter que le programme CrossCulture est l’un des programmes internationaux de référence en matière d’échange culturel et professionnel, visant à renforcer le dialogue interculturel et à construire des réseaux de coopération entre acteurs de la société civile et institutions à travers le monde.
Enfin, l’organisation confirme que cette étape constitue une contribution significative à sa mission continue visant à autonomiser les jeunes mauritaniens et à renforcer leur ouverture aux expériences internationales.
The Youth Anti-Extremism and Citizenship Promotion Organization announces the participation of Kavya Salem Bilal in the CrossCulture Fellowship in Germany for three months
As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance training, capacity building, youth empowerment, civil diplomacy, and the expansion of partnerships with international institutes and universities, the Youth Anti-Extremism and Citizenship Promotion Organization – Mauritania announces its participation in the CrossCulture Program of the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa).
This participation is represented by Ms. Kafia Salem Bilal, in her capacity as the organization’s coordinator for Nouakchott South, who has been selected to take part in the fellowship program in the Federal Republic of Germany for a period of three months, from 04 May to 27 July 2026. This takes place within the framework of an international partnership supervised by the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen e.V. – ifa), in cooperation with the host institution in Germany responsible for cultural exchange.
The organization states that Ms. kavya Salem Bilal has been working with it since 2019 in Nouakchott South, where she has contributed to the implementation of numerous field activities and programs related to youth empowerment, the promotion of citizenship values, and the fight against extremism, in addition to supporting community initiatives of a developmental and awareness-raising nature.
During the program period, the fellow will receive specialized training and field experience within the framework of a professional and cultural exchange program.
The organization confirms that President Abdallahi Daye Messoud has approved her participation, validated her nomination, and completed all necessary administrative and logistical procedures, including travel arrangements and enrollment in the program.
The organization also clarifies that the participant will travel to Germany at the beginning of May 2026, for the full duration of the three-month program.
It further emphasizes that this participation is part of its strategy to strengthen the presence of its members in international programs, develop their professional skills, and build bridges of cooperation with international institutions, thereby contributing to knowledge transfer and the development of its programs in Mauritania, particularly in the fields of youth, citizenship, and civil diplomacy.
It is worth noting that the CrossCulture Program is one of the leading international programs supporting cultural and professional exchange, aiming to strengthen intercultural dialogue and build networks of cooperation between civil society actors and institutions worldwide.
Finally, the organization confirms that this step represents a significant contribution to its ongoing mission of empowering Mauritanian youth and enhancing their openness to international experiences.
