As per Philippine Embassy Washington DC MWO-OWWA Delegates, they will entertain 150 WALK-IN OFWs today May 29, 2026 from 4:00PM on a “First Come, First Serve" basis.

WALK-INs "MUST" bring the required documents to qualify.

Please note that UFO is not a part of the MWO-OWWA. We only share information that is officially provided to us.

Please do not go to Beach Garden if your name is not included in the list for today’s releasing of ayuda.

Wag po tayong pumunta kung wala ang pangalan ninyo sa nakatakdang schedule na ibinigay.

The management of Beach Garden received complaints from the neighbors and surrounding areas due to the long lines and the inconvenience it is causing.

Pakiusap, sundin po natin ang patakarang kanilang inilatag.

They will be providing a designated day for WALK-IN applicants. Kindly wait for the schedule that they will announce as soon as possible.

The DMW and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration are providing $100 each to eligible overseas Filipino workers. Permanent residents and green card holders are excluded from the program because they fall outside the agency’s jurisdiction.

Distribution started in the afternoon of May 26 at the Beach Garden Hotel in Garapan.

Beginning May 27, distribution hours are from 8am to 6pm, while a separate team is scheduled to travel to Tinian on May 28.

“I would like to assure everybody that for as long as we have the resources to distribute, we will distribute them,” Labor attaché Saul De Vries said.

1. Philippine Consulate Guam – Needs Assessment Survey
This is the form that was requested to be dropped off at the three designated locations (6JMS, Joeten Motors, JP Center) or sent via email/WhatsApp to PCG Agana. As of now, UFO has not received any feedback from the Philippine Consulate in Agana regarding the submitted forms.

2. OWWA Assistance to OFWs
For those who registered online, we have already received the lists of approved, for compliance, and denied applicants, which were shared in our earlier post along with the schedule of distribution.

Please note that UFO is not a part of the Philippine Consulate nor OWWA. We only share information that is officially provided to us.

RE: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR OFWs AFFECTED BY SUPER TYPHOON SINLAKU

1. For OFW-applicants with complete submission (refer to List)

Please present your valid passport on your scheduled date to claim your financial assistance.
If unavailable, any valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, Social Security card) will be accepted.

2. For OFW-applicants with lacking or incomplete requirements (HINDI NA PO KAMI TATANGGAP NG MGA DOKUMENTONG ISUSUMITE SA PAMAMAGITAN NG E-MAIL)

Please submit your duly accomplished application form and one photocopy of each of the following documents (originals must be presented):

* Passport (bio-page and signature page)
* Work visa
* Proof of recent employment

Deadline of submission:

* Saipan: May 29, 2026 (Friday)
* Tinian: May 28, 2026 (Thursday)

3. Walk-in OFW-applicants

Walk-ins will be entertained on a first-come, first-served basis, and only after all applicants who submitted documents via online registration or email have been served.

The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam, in cooperation with the United Filipino Organization – CNMI, is conducting a Needs Assessment Survey for all Philippine Nationals in Saipan.

This survey aims to gather accurate information on the impact of Typhoon Sinlaku and identify the assistance needed by our Filipino community. All affected Philippine nationals are strongly encouraged to participate.
