🎉 First sessions of our DEI Ambassador Programme 2026 - A Success!
我們以「認識澳門的多元文化」為主題，為新一屆大使揭開序幕。先介紹澳門的多元社群面貌，再引導大家思考：社區共融，為何重要？又可以怎樣做？
With "Understanding the Multiculturalism of Macao" as our theme, we kicked off this year's programme by introducing Macao's diverse communities and reflecting on why community inclusion matters — and how we can practise it.
🇵🇭 走進菲律賓街，用任務認識社群
🇵🇭 Discovering the Filipino Community on Pinoy Street
為深入了解澳門最大的非中國籍外籍社群——菲律賓社群，我們邀請了 FiLCAM（菲律賓社群代表） 與參加者分組，走進紅窗門街（Pinoy Street）執行任務，從日常中感受社群的生活文化。任務結束後，我們帶領「菲律賓街共融行」，到訪由菲律賓朋友開立的商戶，認識他們在澳門的足跡。
To deepen our understanding of Macao's largest non-Chinese community, we invited representatives from FiLCAM (Filipino Community Alliance in Macau) to join participants in group missions along "Pinoy Street" (Rua da Alfândega), experiencing the community's life and culture firsthand. After the missions, we led a "Pinoy Street Intercultural Tour," visiting businesses opened by Filipino friends and learning about their footprints in Macao.

最後，參加者與社群代表一同享用菲律賓傳統美食 Boodle Fight。這種飲食形式源自菲律賓軍校——不同軍階的人共享同一份食物，沒有地位之分，象徵平等與團結。我們就用這種方式，分享美食、分享快樂，為首場活動畫上完美句號。
Finally, participants and community representatives enjoyed a traditional Filipino Boodle Fight together. This eating style originated from the Philippine Military Academy — where people of different ranks share the same food without distinction of status, symbolizing equality and unity. Together, we shared food and joy, bringing the day to a perfect close.
