澳門語言交流暨文化推廣協會(LECPA)於2019年成立，旨在為締造一個充滿世界公民的包容性社會而努力。LECPA除了舉辦定期的語言交流活動，讓參加者有機會練習外語、與具不同文化背景人士成為朋友外，亦著重帶大家發掘本澳的多元文化，包括向不同群體宣揚本澳非物質文化遺產的活動、舉辦推廣不同國家的文化活動、組織不同主題的文化共融行、以文化角度認識聯合國國際日等。

Macao Language Exchange and Culture Promotion Association (LECPA) was established in 2019 with t

he aim of building an inclusive society full of global citizens. In addition to holding regular language exchange events, offering participants the opportunities to practice languages ​​and make friends with people from different cultural backgrounds, LECPA also focuses on exploring Macao’s multiculturalism, including promoting Macao’s intangible cultural heritage to different communities, organizing activities to promote cultures of different countries, designing intercultural walks with different themes, promoting United Nations International Days from a cultural perspective, etc. LECPA also establishes partnerships with different entities in Macao, to jointly promote multi-language learning and multi-cultural integration. “人物故事”是澳門語言交流暨文化推廣協會(LECPA) 於2020年推出的"多元文化 多元快樂”項目的一部分。為了記錄這座城市的多元文化，我們採訪了在澳門生活的非華人/具少數族裔文化背景的人，讓大眾了解他們在澳門的生活，包括城市印象、社會融入、自身文化的推廣等。
"Interview Stories" is part of the "Happiness in Multiculturalism " campaign launched by Language Exchange & Culture Promotion Association (LECPA) in 2020. In order to document the diverse cultures within this city, we do interviews with non-Chinese living/people growing up with minority cultural backgrounds in Macao, to find out their city impressions, social integration, culture promotion efforts, etc.

一個月前嘅宋干節，我哋喺 The Roadhouse Macau 由日頭玩到夜晚——有文化、有遊戲、有水戰、有音樂，仲有滿滿嘅笑聲！🎉
It's been a month since we celebrated Songkran at The Roadhouse Macau — and what a day it was! From cultural workshops to water fights, traditional games to late-night beats, we couldn't have asked for a better way to welcome the Thai New Year. 🎉

✨ 活動精華回顧：
🌸 Phuang Malai 花環工作坊——大家親手製作泰國傳統花環，感受宋干節嘅祝福與美好
💧 水戰大作戰——由細路到大人都玩到濕透
🎯 竹舞 (Lao Kra Top Mai)——源自泰國東北及中部傳統民間舞蹈，雙腳要喺兩條平行竹竿之間快速進出，非常考驗節奏感同協調力
🎤 宋干節文化分享——由 LECPA 帶大家深入了解泰國新年的習俗與意義
🎸 狂歡至深夜——音樂、舞蹈、搖滾，一路炒熱氣氛到深夜

✨ Here's what went down:
🌸 Phuang Malai Flower Garland Workshop – Hands-on making traditional Thai garlands, a symbol of luck and respect
💧 Water Fights – Kids and adults alike were soaked in the best way possible
🎯 Lao Kra Top Mai – from the traditional bamboo dance. As musicians tap two parallel bamboo poles together twice and then on the ground once in a steady rhythm, dancers rhythmically step in and out of the clapping poles — a true test of timing, coordination, and courage
🎤 Songkran Cultural Presentation – LECPA shared the deeper meaning behind Thailand's most festive holiday
🎸 Music 'Til Late – From Thai hits to rock anthems and DJ sets, the energy never dropped

LECPA 很榮幸成為即將舉行的團結行動「搖滾助學籌款活動」的合作夥伴！🎸📚
LECPA is pleased to be a partner for the upcoming solidarity event, "Rock for Education Fundraiser." 🎸📚

這場活動由Lighthouse Project 發起，旨在為全球弱勢兒童提供安全的識字學習空間與教室建設，重點聚焦於安哥拉，因為這是該計劃最新展開的國際項目。
Organized by the Lighthouse Project, this initiative aims to build classrooms and create safe spaces for literacy programs for underprivileged children around the globe — with focus in Angola, as it is the latest international project undertaking.

活動歡迎所有人參與！一起用搖滾點燃希望，用行動改寫教育的未來。
This meaningful event is open to everyone — so come join us! Let’s rock for a cause and help shape a brighter future through education.

Meet Patricia Norte — born in Macau, raised between two worlds. 🌏

從澳門到葡萄牙，再到安哥拉——她帶著「教育是基本權利，不是特權」的信念，創辦了Lighthouse Global，為全球弱勢兒童點亮學習的燈塔。
From Macao to Portugal, and now to Angola — she carries a firm belief: "Education is a fundamental right, not a privilege." That belief led her to co-found Lighthouse Global, a mission to light the way for underprivileged children around the world through literacy and learning.

📚 她的使命很簡單，也很偉大：幫助那些擁有的很少的孩子，建立更美好、可持續的學習環境。
📚 Her mission is simple yet powerful: together, we can help build better and sustainable learning environments for children and youth who have very little.
