2026年3月11日，港澳兩地專業調解員學會團隊分別拜訪 #佛山市市場監管管理局（知識產權局） 、 #佛山火炬創新創業園有限公司 及 #中國貿促會調解中心大灣區中心 。
在拜訪佛山市市場監督管理局（知識產權局）期間，學會團隊獲 #李清明 副局長、知識產權保護科科長 #賀炯威 、佛山市知識產權保護中心導航運營部部長 #區志聰 、市場監管局標準化科長 #李春陽 熱情接待！雙方聚焦灣區調解培訓及知識產權兩大方向深入交流，探討未來協作機遇，攜手推動調解專業在大灣區的融合發展。
同日下午，學會團隊到訪佛山火炬創新創業園有限公司。會上，雙方圍繞灣區商事調解服務及專業培訓展開深度交流，攜手探索未來協作方向！期望透過調解專業賦能灣區營商環境，助力企業高效解決爭議。
拜訪行程以到訪中國貿促會調解中心大灣區中心作總結。會面期間，雙方代表就聚焦灣區調解服務及專業培訓深入交流，探討未來協作機遇，攜手推動調解專業在大灣區的融合發展。

On 11 March 2026, the professional team of Institute of Mediators and Macau Institute of Professional Mediators visited Foshan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Bureau), Foshan Torch Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park Co. Ltd, and Foshan Central Legal District.
The team met representatives led by Li Qingming, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Bureau, together with He Jiongwei, Head of the Intellectual Property Protection Section; Qu Zhicong, Director of the Navigation and Operation Department of the Foshan Intellectual Property Protection Center; and Li Chunyang, Head of the Standardisation Section of the Market Supervision Bureau. In the meeting, the delegations exchanged views and explored collaboration on mediation training in the Guangdong–Hong-Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area and on intellectual property matters, thereby increasing opportunities for commercial mediation.
In the afternoon, the team visited the Park. The discussion focused on commercial mediation services across the GBA and on professional training, with the aim of identifying ways to collaborate in future and to strengthen the GBA business environment by empowering mediation professionals to resolve disputes effectively.
The trip concluded with a visit to Mediation Center (Greater Bay Area). Both delegations discussed mediation services and training and expressed interest in establishing a collaborative mechanism to advance mediator professional development across the GBA.
The professional team was led by Dr. Alex Lau, Vice-President of the Institute of Mediators, Frances Chan, Council Chair of the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators, Chief Supervisor Edna Chao, and mediator Eric Leung.
