Hereby, we repost the event announcement from IAESTE Tunisia for its Trip in Southern part of Tunisia in April 2025. The announcement as follows:
IAESTE Tunisia is excited to invite you, your volunteers, students, and anyone interested to join us for our upcoming event, "The Big South Trip 2025", set against the stunning backdrop of southern Tunisia from April 5th to April 9th, 2025.
This event presents a fantastic opportunity for participants to connect, forge new friendships, and relish an extraordinary experience in the heart of the Tunisian South.
With spring providing the perfect climate, we will explore the enchanting Sahara Desert and its vast golden dunes.
Our journey will lead us through the Tunisian Grand Erg Oriental, picturesque palm Oasis towns, the captivating island of Djerba with its labyrinthine cobblestone streets and rich history of ethnic and religious diversity, and the awe-inspiring El Jem Amphitheatre, a marvel constructed by the Romans centuries ago.
The participation fee is 850 TND, approximately 256 EUR, covering accommodation, transportation throughout the trip, Sahara activities, and all meals.
Payment in Tunisian Dinars is required upon arrival in Tunisia.
Please note that registrations are exclusively accepted online through the registration form available on our website (https://shorturl.at/g1ksx) and will close on February 9th, 2025. As spaces are limited, we strongly encourage you to secure your spot as soon as possible!
The final confirmation of the trip will be communicated once registrations are closed and the definitive list of participants is confirmed.
