Mongolian Young Leaders Network (MYLN) was founded with a vision to create a network of Mongolian young leaders in diverse fields who are united towards sustainable prosperity of Mongolia. Mongolian Young Leaders Program (MYLP) is a two-day conference, in major international cities, that brings together Mongolia’s best minds and outstanding young leaders who are studying in the region. During the

program, participants talk about issues and topics related to the development of Mongolia. They also meet with leading scholars, political and business leaders, professionals, experts, and other talents. After MYLP, participants join the Mongolian Young Leaders Network NGO to stay connected with participants from all the past and future MYLPs. We are thrilled to announce the return of the Mongolian Young Leaders Program (MYLP), a prestigious two-day program that has been bringing together Mongolia's brightest minds and outstanding young leaders since 2009.

Throughout the years, the MYLP programs have successfully taken place in various cities around the world, including Ulaanbaatar, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Milan, Boston, Prague, Istanbul, Vancouver, and New York City. This year, after a 3-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program will take place in the vibrant city of New York.

The New York City 2023 program topic is “Global Trends and Local Opportunities” for young professionals and students from diverse academic and professional backgrounds to think creatively and strategically about how Mongolians can effectively apply global trends to address local challenges and opportunities and guide action in Mongolia. We will meet professionals in various fields (e.g. emerging technology, sustainability, and more) as well as visit exciting firms driving the change. The topic of the program is to cultivate a productive discussion regardless of the candidate's academic or professional background.
