Энэ удаагийн кэмп нь үнэлгээний чиглэлээр ажиллаж буй мэргэжилтнүүд, залуу болон шинээр гарч ирж буй үнэлгээчдийг нэгтгэн, мэдлэг, туршлага солилцох, мэргэжлийн ур чадвараа хөгжүүлэх, олон улсын хамтын ажиллагааг өргөжүүлэх боломжийг бүрдүүлэх зорилготой.

🌏 We are excited to announce that the 5th Summer Evaluation Bootcamp (SEB), the Mongolian Evaluation Association’s annual flagship initiative, will take place in Uzbekistan in June 2027 hosted by "Center for Agriculture Projects" project office under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in partnership with CLEAR Pakistan & Central Asia- CLEAR PCA of Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI) and many more partners.

Bringing together evaluation professionals and young and emerging evaluators, SEB provides a platform for learning, exchanging experiences, strengthening evaluation capacities, and building connections internationally.

Засгийн газрын Хяналт хэрэгжүүлэх газар Улсын үнэлгээний чадавхын индекс (INCE)-ийг Монгол Улсад хоёр дахь удаагаа тогтоох үнэлгээг эхлүүлж байна. Энэхүү INCE 2026 үнэлгээ нь улсын үнэлгээний тогтолцооны хөгжил, ахиц дэвшлийг тодорхойлох, үнэлгээний чадавхыг цаашид бэхжүүлэх, бодлого боловсруулах болон шийдвэр гаргах үйл явцад үнэлгээний үр дүн, нотолгооны хэрэглээг нэмэгдүүлэхэд чиглэнэ.

INCE нь ХБНГУ-ын Хөгжлийн үнэлгээний байгууллага (DEval) болон Дэлхийн хүнсний хөтөлбөр (WFP)-өөс хамтран хэрэгжүүлдэг олон улсын санаачилга бөгөөд оролцоонд суурилсан үнэлгээгээр дамжуулан тухайн улсын үнэлгээний тогтолцооны өнөөгийн түвшин, давуу тал, хөгжүүлэх шаардлагатай чиглэлүүдийг тодорхойлох боломж бүрдүүлдэг.

🇲🇳 INCE 2026 in Mongolia is underway!

The Authority for Government Supervision (AGS) is beginning the second application of the National Evaluation Capacities Index (INCE) measurement in Mongolia, continuing efforts to strengthen the country’s evaluation system and promote the use of evaluation evidence in policy and decision-making.
The INCE is a global initiative led by the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) and the World Food Programme (WFP). Through a participatory assessment, it provides a structured picture of a country’s national evaluation system, helping identify its strengths, progress, and areas where further institutional and professional development is needed.

Mongolia completed its first INCE measurement in 2025, becoming the first country in Asia to undertake and present the assessment. The process brought together 144 organizations from government, academia, civil society, state-owned enterprises, and other parts of the national evaluation ecosystem.

Building on that baseline, INCE 2026 will provide an opportunity to examine how Mongolia’s evaluation system has evolved and where further progress can be made.

The process in Mongolia is led by the Authority for Government Supervision (AGS), with the continued collaboration of DEval and the Mongolian Evaluation Association (MEA).

MEA is pleased to continue contributing to this collaborative effort and looks forward to engaging with participating organizations and the wider evaluation community as Mongolia takes the next step in strengthening its national evaluation capacities.
