Honored to see la Repubblica — in its Affari & Finanza an edition — has dedicated an article to the ambitious project we are leading: the creation of a Sustainable National Cashmere Production Hub in Mongolia.
Proud to work towards a future where Mongolian cashmere is processed locally, supporting nomadic communities, protecting the environment, and giving real value back to the territory — while offering a direct, sustainable source of precious fiber to the Italian textile industry and luxury brands. 🇲🇳🤝🇮🇹
Grateful for the incredible teamwork and partnerships with the Mongolian Wool & Cashmere Association Монголын Ноос Ноолуурын Холбоо, the Mongolian National Federation of Pasture User Groups, and the Ministry of Agriculture, who are making this vision a reality, thanks also to the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale’s precious support.
We would be truly honored if UNDP in Mongolia - НҮБ-ын Хөгжлийн хөтөлбөр and the UN Mongolia - Нэгдсэн Үндэстний Байгууллага will guide our actions under the Office of the President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa’s “White Gold of Mongolia” program.
