Цаг нь болсон, Түүхийг бүтээцгээе!
Энэ миний оролцож буй 5 дахь хурал болж байна. Хурал бүр дээр би зөвхөн өөрийгөө таниж мэдэх, AIESEC-г илүү мэдэхээс гадна өөр өөр шинэ зүйл сурдаг. Учир нь би өөр өөр үүргээр хурал оролцдог байсан болохоор тэр байх... Та бүхэнд AIESEC-ийн хурал үнэхээр ямар байдаг юм бэ гэдгийг хуваалцахад бараг ном бичсэн ч бүгдийг нь илэрхийлж барахааргүй тийм нандин бас их дурсамжууд байна. Тиймээс би AIESEC-ийн энэхүү түүхийнхээ эхлэл болсон хурлын багахан хэсгийг хуваалцъя.
Би мэдээж анх AIESEC-т орохдоо ямар ч зорилгогүй худлаа нийгмийн идэвхи царайлсан хүн, долоо хоногийнхоо Functional Meeting-т сууж баахан юм сонссон болоод л өөр ажил хийдэггүй хүүхэд байсан. Тэгж явсаар энэхүү байгууллагад нэгдсэнээс хойш 2 дахь сар дээр минь энэ өвлийн хурал болсон. Үүнээс л эхэлж миний жинхэнэ AIESEC-ийн түүх бичигдэж эхэлсэн дээ. Эхний хурлаас л би дулаан орчин гэж ямар зүйл байдгийг ойлгож эхэлсэн. Тухайн хуралд бүртгүүлээд л анхны confirmation mail авахад яг л би гадаадын том сургуулиас Invitation letter авч байгаа юм шиг сэтгэгдэл төрж байсныг нуугаад яахав ххэ. Бас хурлын confirmation mail дээр нь “Бид чамайг 80 настайдаа ч ярьж байх тийм мартагдашгүй үеүдтэй болно гэдгийг баталж байна” гэсэн байсан. Үнэхээр ч энэ нь үнэн юм байна лээ. Анх хуралд орох гээд хүлээж байхад миний гэдэс жоохон өвдөөд тэрийгээ DS (delegate service одоогийн conference experience)-д нь хэлсэн чинь тэрүүгээр нэг баахан эм барьж гүйгээд тэр өдрийн орой нь маргааш өглөө нь одоо зүгээрээ яах уу ийх үү гээл тэр олон хүнтэй хуралд хүртэл зөвхөн намайг гээд л аймар асарч сувилж байсан. Бас хурал дээр хамт явж байсан оролцогчид мань бүгд маш их нээлттэй хөгжилтэй миний 1 ч хормыг гэсэн уйтгартай байлгаагүй. Тийм болохоор ч хамт явж байсан ганц найзаасаа өөр таних хүнгүй байсан би хурлын төгсгөлд олон найзуудтай болж чадсан. Бас нэг мартагддаггүй зүйл бол үхтлээ roll call бүжиглэж байлаа. Үүнээс хойш би хуралд л явахгүй бол аймар олон хөгжилтэй, уйлантай дурсамжуудаас хасагдах юм шиг санагдаад хурал алгасалгүй явдаг болсон. Үүндээ харамсах битгий хэл дараагийн хурал хурдан болоосой оролцох юм сан гэж боддог болсон. Мөн одоо хүртэл намайг AIESEC-с гаргахгүй байлгадаг бүхэн минь эндээс эхэлсэн.
Хэрвээ та, хуралд оролцох эсэхээ шийдэж чадахгүй эсвэл санхүү нь боломжгүй ээж аав нь зөвшөөрөхгүй нэг тийм эргэлзээтэй байгаа бол одоо л найрах арга ухаан, амныхаа бядыг ашиглаад хуралд явах үе шүү!! Миний бодлоор, чи AIESEC-т ингээд ороод гишүүн юм уу ахлагч хийгээд явж байгаа нь утга учиргүй зүйл биш ямар нэгэн зүйл сурах гээд л туршлага хуримтлуулахгүй гээд л байгаад байгаа гэж бодож байна. Тийм бол энэ хурал тэр сурах ёстой, мэдрэх ёстой, өнгөрүүлэх ёстой мөчүүдийн чинь томоохон хэсэг юм шүү! Одоо л том шийдвэр гаргаж AIESEC-ийн түүхээ хамтдаа бүтээцгээе! Цаг нь болсон.
It’s time to go. Let stories go on!
It’s the 5th conference that I am joining. At each conference I learn more and more special things, not only recognizing myself, but knowing AIESEC more too. Because I had taken different roles at each conference such as delegate, CCVP of Finance and Marketing, CCVP of Delegate Service and CCP. If I share what the AIESEC conference (WNLDS) really is, there are a lot of memories. I can’t express every one of them even I wrote a book. So here, let me share few of my memories from my first conference, where my AIESEC journey has begun.
To be honest, during first few months since I joined AIESEC, I was a member who didn’t know the reason why she joined AIESEC, who only attends her weekly meetings, listens many things and didn’t do anything else. After that, 2 months after I became a member, WNLDS 2014 happened. Here after my story has begun. From the first day of the conference I felt “what is warmth”. When confirmation mail of this conference delivered, it felt like I’ve received an invitation letter from top university of the world. Also in confirmation mail, there was sentence “We ensure you that you will have the most unforgettable memories in your life, that you would be talking about even in your 80's”. Actually that conference did it. When we were waiting for the first session, my stomach started to hurt a bit and I told it to CCVP DS (“Delegate Service”, which is currently called “Conference Experience”). She was offering me many kinds of pills and kept asking “How is your stomach? Are you feeling okay?” day after and cared about me a lot when there were hundreds of other people. Also delegates were so funny, kind and sociable. Any second of that conference wasn’t boring. We always spent time in such an interesting and entertaining way that me, who had only one friend at the beginning of the WNLDS, could make a lot of new friends. Henceforth I haven’t missed any other upcoming conferences in Mongolia, because if I miss one conference, it is like I am missing lots of funny and meaningful moments that will happen to me. And I haven’t ever regretted going, I always wait for the next conference. Everything that makes me stay in AIESEC starts from here.
If you are having hesitation or financial issue, and your parents don’t give permission to go, it is time to use your communication skill to manipulate your parents :P!! I think there’s a reason why you are being an AIESEC member or a leader here, and you’re trying to learn something, gain experience. So the things you want to learn, you want to feel, and the moments you desire to have are there, at WNLDS! Now let’s make a big decision and create your own story. It’s time to go!
