💧 “ရေအိုးစင် ကမ်ပိန်း” – သဘာဝကိုကာကွယ်ရင်း ကုသိုလ်လည်းရယူကြစို့♻️
ခေတ်တွေပြောင်းလဲလာတာနဲ့အညီ မြို့တွင်းလမ်းမတွေ၊ ဈေးရှေ့တွေ၊ ရပ်ကွက်လေးတွေမှာ နေ့စဉ်နဲ့အမျှ ရေငတ်လို့ ရေသောက်ချင်တဲ့အခါ ပလတ်စတစ်သောက်ရေဘူးတွေကို ဝယ်သောက်နေကြရပါတယ်။ တချို့နေရာများနဲ့ရပ်ကွက်များတွေမှာ ရေအိုးစင်လေးတွေကို တွေ့ရပေမယ့်လည်း ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်မည့်သူမရှိတာကြောင့် ဒီလိုရှားပါးလှတဲ့ရေအိုးစင်တွေဆီကလည်း လူအများက ခပ်သောက်တယ်ဆိုတာလည်း အင်မတန်ပင်ရှားလာပါပြီ။ ယခုလို ရေအိုးစင်ကောင်းကောင်းလေးတွေဆိုတာ တွေ့ရခဲလာတဲ့နောက်ပိုင်း ပလတ်စတစ်ရေသန့်ဘူးအမှိုက်ခွံတွေကလည်း တစ်နေ့ကို တစ်သောင်းတစ်သိန်းလို များပြားစွာ ထွက်ပေါ်နေပါတယ်။
ဒါကြောင့် Prevent Plastics+ ၊ YEAH - Youth for Environmental Action and Hope နှင့် Up YEAH တို့ ပူးပေါင်း ဦးဆောင်စီစဉ်၍ ပလတ်စတစ်ဘူးအသုံးပြုမှုကို လျှော့ချနိုင်ဖို့ "ရေအိုးစင်" ဆိုတဲ့ Campaign ကို စတင်မိတ်ဆက်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ ဒီရေအိုးစင် ကမ်ပိန်းကို UpYEAH! မှ ဦးဆောင်စီစဉ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပြီး မည်သူမဆို လမ်းပေါ်မှာ ရေဆာတဲ့အခါ ဒီရေအိုးစင်တွေကနေ သန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ ရေသောက်နိုင်အောင်/ ပါလာတဲ့သောက်ရေဘူးကို Refill ပြန်ဖြည့်နိုင်ရအောင်ဆိုတဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နှင့် ဖန်တီးထားပါတယ်။
ဒီလိုနွေခေါင်ခေါင်မှာ ရေအိုးစင်တစ်လုံးဟာ သာမန်ရေတစ်ခွက်ပဲမဟုတ်ဘဲ သဘာဝကို ကာကွယ်တဲ့ လှုပ်ရှားမှုတစ်ခု ဖြစ်တဲ့အပြင် ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာယုံကြည်ချက်အရလည်း “ရေအကျိုးဆယ်ပါး”ဆိုတာ ကုသိုလ်ပြုသင့်ထိုက်သော ဘုရားဟောတရားရဲ့ အယူအဆရှိပြီး ရေလှူဒါန်းခြင်းကနေ သန့်ရှင်းခြင်း၊ အေးမြခြင်း၊ အသက်ရှည်ခြင်း စတဲ့ ကောင်းကျိုးများကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေတယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်ကြပါတယ်။
ဒီလို ကောင်းကျိုးလည်းရ၊ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုလည်းကာကွယ်နိုင်တဲ့ လှုပ်ရှားမှုမှာ သင်ကူညီနိုင်သောနေရာကနေ တတ်နိုင်သောဘက်က ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
💧 ပါဝင်နိုင်တဲ့ နည်းလမ်းများ
1️⃣ ကိုယ့်အိမ်ရှေ့မှာ ရေအိုးစင်ထားပေးခြင်း
မိမိအိမ်ရှေ့တွင် ရေအိုးစင်ထားရှိကာ ပါဝင်မည့်သူများသည် ရေလှူစရာမလိုဘဲ နေအိမ်အနီးတစ်ဝိုက်အရိပ်ရသောနေရာတွင် ရေအိုးစင်ကို ထားရှိပေးထားရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ထိုသို့ နေရာပေးထားရုံ၊ စောင့်ရှောက်ထားပေးရုံနဲ့ ကိုယ့်လုပ်အားကို လှူဒါန်းနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့်အိမ်ရှေ့က ရေအိုးစင်သန့်ရှင်းရေးအတွက်လည်း ဦးဆောင်တာဝန်ယူ ဂရုစိုက်ပေးရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး ကုသိုလ်ယူနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် တစ်ဦးချင်းပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှာလည်းဖြစ်သလို ကိုယ့်အိမ်နီးနားချင်းများနှင့်လည်း အတူတူ ကိုယ့်ရပ်ကွက်ကို အကျိုးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် ဒီရေအိုးစင်ကမ်ပိန်းလေးမှာ အတူတူပါဝင်အားဖြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
2️⃣ ရေအိုးစင် လှူဒါန်းခြင်း
"ရေအိုးစင်" ကမ်ပိန်းမှ ရေအိုးစင်လေးတွေ ပြည်နယ်၊ မြို့နှင့် နေရာအနှံ့မှာ အမှန်တကယ် အကောင်အထည်ဖြစ်မြောက် လာဖို့အတွက် Refill Station အများအပြား တည်ဆောက်ဖို့ မလွဲမသွေ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
ကမ်ပိန်းကို လက်တွေ့ ကကူညီပါဝင်ချင်သော်ငြားလည်း ကမ်ပိန်းအတွက် လုပ်အားမပါဝင်နိုင်သောသူများ ယခုလို အထူးလိုအပ်တဲ့ စင်နှင့် ရေအိုးတို့ကို ပါဝင်လှူဒါန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ရေအိုးနှင့် စင် တစ်စုံမှ စတင်လှူဒါန်းနိုင်ကာ အလှူရှင်နာမည်လည်း ထိုရေအိုးစင်မှာ ပါဝင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်နော် ။
3️⃣ သောက်ရေသန့် လှူဒါန်းခြင်း
တစ်ပတ်လုံး လမ်းသွားလမ်းလာသူများသောက်သုံးနိုင်ရန် သောက်ရေသန့် တစ်ပတ်စာ ၄၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ်မှ စ၍ အနည်းဆုံး လှူဒါန်းနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ရေအိုးစင်မှာ ကပ်ထားသော QR ကို Scanလိုက်ခြင်းဖြင့် အပတ်စဉ် လှူဒါန်းထားသော အလှူရှင်ကို ဖော်ပြထားမှာဖြစ်ပြီး ရေအိုးစင် လိုအပ်နေသော နေရာဒေသနှင့်ရပ်ကွက်များကို ရွေးချယ်လှူဒါန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။
4️⃣ ရေအိုးစင် အတွက် လုပ်အားပေးကူညီခြင်း (Volunteering)
ရေအိုးစင် တည်နေရာများပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး ကိုယ်နဲ့ နီးစပ်ရာ မြို့နယ် ရပ်ကွက်မှ ရေအိုးစင်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်၊ မှတ်သား၊ စစ်ဆေးကာ Monitor လုပ်ပေးမည့် တန်ဖိုးရှိသော လုပ်အားများကိုလည်း အလိုရှိပါတယ်။ နေအိမ်စောင့်ကြည့်သူ လိုအပ်လျှင် ရေအိုးများအား သန့်ရှင်းပေးခြင်း စတဲ့ လိုအပ်သောအရာများကို တစ်ပတ်တွင် အချိန်နည်းနည်းပေးရုံနဲ့ လုပ်အားပေးကူညီပါဝင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
ရေအိုးစင်တွေကို လိုက်လံကြည့်ရှုထိန်းသိမ်းပေးမယ့် Volunteerများရဲ့ လုပ်အား ကုသိုလ်တစ်ခုက လူအများအတွက် အသုံးဝင်တဲ့ အကျိုးများကို များစွာယူဆောင်လာနိုင်ပေးနိုင်ဖို့ လုပ်အားပေးချင်သူများကိုလည်း ဖိတ်ခေါ်လိုက်ရပါတယ်။

💧 Water Pot Stand Campaign: Protect Nature and Gain Merit ♻️
These days, people in cities, markets, and neighbourhoods often reach for bottled water when they are thirsty. Plastic bottles are now the most common choice. While some water pot stands still exist, many are not well cared for, so they are rarely used anymore.
As water pot stands become less common, plastic bottle waste is rising quickly, with tens or even hundreds of thousands of bottles thrown away every day.
To help solve this problem, Prevent Plastics+, YEAH, and UpYEAH! have started the Water Pot Stand Campaign to cut down on plastic bottle use. Led by UpYEAH!, the campaign lets anyone who is thirsty fill up their reusable bottle or drink clean water from these stands.
💧 More Than Just Water in the Hot Season
During tIn the hottest months, a water pot stand is more than just a way to get a drink. It is also an act that helps the environment. In Buddhism, the 'Ten Benefits of Water Donation' teach that offering water is a very good deed. People believe that donating water brings purity, coolness, good health, and a long life.ampaign allows you to gain merit while protecting the environment, and you can participate in any way that suits your capacity.
💧 Ways to Participate
1️⃣ Place a Water Pot Stand in Front of Your Home
You can put a water pot stand in a shaded spot in front of your home. You do not need to donate money; just offering space and looking after the stand is a valuable way to help.
It is your job to keep the water pot clean and in good shape, and doing this is seen as a good deed. You can take part on your own or work with your neighbors to help the whole community.
2️⃣ Donate a Water Pot Stand
To ensure that the Water Pot Stand Campaign can be implemented nationwide—in states, cities, and neighborhoods—many refill stations are urgently neTo make the Water Pot Stand Campaign possible across the country, in states, cities, and neighborhoods, we need many more refill stations as soon as possible.quantity or amount are welcome, starting from at least one complete water pot stand (container). The donor’s name will be displayed at the donated water pot stand.
3️⃣ Donate Drinking Water
To provide clean drinking water for people walking by, you can donate starting from 40,000 MMK per week.
When someone scans the QR code at a water pot stand, they will see the name of that week’s donor. Donors can also pick which community or neighborhood they want to help.
4️⃣ Volunteer Support
Volunteers are needed in different areas to check on nearby water pot stands, record their condition, and keep them clean. This may include cleaning the pots or refilling water when needed.
By dedicating just a small amount of time each By giving just a little time each week, volunteers can make a big difference for many people. We invite anyone who wants to help to join us in looking after and checking the water pot stands.s open to everyone, regardless of religion:
