💼 အကယ်၍ ကိုယ်သာ Company တစ်ခုရဲ့ Hiring Manager ဖြစ်မယ်ဆိုရင်ဘယ်လိုလူကို အရင်ဆုံး အလုပ်ခန့်မလဲ?

What happens when youth voices meet inspiring perspectives and meaningful conversations?

It becomes a space where ideas are shared, connections are built, and change begins. At AIESEC, we call this Youth Speak Forum (YSF).
Organized by AIESEC, Youth Speak Forum is a platform where youth come together to discuss the challenges shaping our world, exchange diverse perspectives, and explore solutions that create real impact.

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), YSF empowers young people to develop the skills, connections, and mindset needed to become leaders of positive change.

In 2025, under the theme "အနာဂတ်နဲ့ချိတ်ဆက်", Youth Speak Forum 2025 welcomed young people to a one-day, in-person experience focused on how innovation can shape the future of work, technology, and sustainability. Through inspiring facilitators, engaging workshops, thought-provoking panel discussions, and meaningful conversations, delegates explored the opportunities and challenges of AI, exchanged diverse perspectives, and navigated the future of work with confidence.

Throughout the day, delegates took part in various experiences that made YSF 2025 memorable from joining the AIESEC roll call dance together, twice bringing the whole room to life, to interactive workshops, meaningful networking sessions, and fun activities like OPPO gift giveaways. Beyond the activities, YSF 2025 became a space where young people connected, shared ideas, and discovered new possibilities together.

🗣✨ လစဥ်ပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိတဲ့ လူငယ်စကားဝိုင်း Youth Dialogue Lab မှာ ယခုတစ်ခေါက် လူငယ်တွေတူတူ တိုင်ပင်ဆွေးနွေးသွားကြမယ့်ခေါင်းစဥ်ကတော့ ⛵️Navigating Career Path As A Youth ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လူငယ်တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ပုံမှန်ပညာရေးလမ်းကြောင်းပြီးတဲ့အချိန် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကို ကူးပြောင်းတာပဲဖြစ်စေ၊ မပြီးဆုံးသေးတဲ့ပညာရေးခရီးကို လျှောက်လှမ်းနေတဲ့အချိန်မှာ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကို တစ်ပြိုင်နက်ဝင်ရောက်ရတဲ့ အခြေအနေမျိုးတွေမှာဖြစ်စေ စသည်ဖြင့် ပြောင်းလဲနေတဲ့ ခေတ်မှာအခြေအနေအမျိုးမျိုး ကြုံတွေ့နေကြရပါတယ်။ အဲ့လို အတွေ့အကြုံတွေကြားထဲမှာ လူငယ်တွေအနေနဲ့ မိမိတို့နဲ့ကိုက်ညီပြီး လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုလည်း အထောက်အကူပြုတဲ့ အလုပ်အကိုင်အခွင့်အလမ်းတွေကို ရရှိဖို့အတွက်ကလည်း သူတို့အတွက် အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍတစ်ခုအဖြစ်တည်ရှိနေပါတယ်။

💼 ဒီလို လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကို မဝင်ရောက်ခင် ပြင်ဆင်ခဲ့ရတဲ့ အခိုက်အတန့်တွေ၊ ဝင်ရောက်တဲ့အခါ ဖြစ်ပျက်ခဲ့ရတဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေကို စကားဝိုင်းထဲမှာ ဖလှယ်ကြရင်း လူငယ်တွေအနေနဲ့ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အရွေ့တစ်ခုကို အတူတူဘယ်လိုလုပ်ဆောင်လို့ရကြမလဲဆိုတဲ့အရာတွေကို ဒီတစ်ခေါက် Youth Dialogue Lab မှာ ဆွေးနွေးသွားကြမှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Participant တွေချည်းပဲ အချင်းချင်းဆွေးနွေးတာအပြင် တတ်ကျွမ်းတဲ့ facilitator တစ်ယောက်ကလည်း ဒီအကြောင်းအရာပေါ်မှာ အခြေခံထားတဲ့ သင်ယူစရာအချို့ကိုပါ ပြောပြပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် လက်တွေ့လေ့လာစရာတွေကိုပါ ရရှိသွားဦးမှာပါ။ 🔎🗺

🗣✨ AIESEC in Myanmar and the Goethe-Institut Myanmar organize the Youth Dialogue Lab panel discussion series on a monthly basis. Coming up this July, young people will come together to discuss the topic “Navigating Career Paths as a Youth”. ⛵️

💼 As a young person, whether transitioning into the workforce after completing formal education or trying to balance ongoing studies with entering the professional world, many are facing different challenges in today’s rapidly changing environment. Within these experiences, finding career opportunities that align with personal interests while also contributing positively to society has become an important priority for youth. In this session, participants will share their own experiences, including how they prepared before entering the workforce and what they have encountered along the way. In addition to peer discussions, an experienced facilitator will guide the session and share valuable insights on the topic, offering participants practical knowledge and learning opportunities.🔎🗺
