From leaving Pixie Hollow to explore beyond what she knows, to crossing into the Winter Woods and meeting Periwinkle,Tinker Bell’s always stepping into new worlds, meeting new people, and figuring things out as she goes.

At the beginning, she is curious and a little impulsive, stepping into things without fully knowing where they will lead. But as her journey continues, every challenge begins to shape her. Every mistake teaches her something new, and every place she enters, along with every connection she forms, adds depth to who she becomes.

But as her journey continues, she faces unfamiliar situations and learns to work with others, adapt, and grow through the connections she builds along the way. Slowly, she becomes more confident, more aware and no longer the same as when she first began.

🌐Global Youth Dialouge (GYD) က ကမ္ဘာပေါ်က နေရာအနှံ့မှ လူငယ်တွေ အချင်းချင်းရင်းရင်းနှီးနှီးမိတ်ဖွဲ့ စကားပြောနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ဖန်တီးထားတဲ့ အွန်လိုင်းပရိုဂရမ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မိမိတို့ဒေသမှာ နေ့စဉ်ဖြတ်သန်းကြုံတွေ့နေရတဲ့ အရာတွေက တခြားမတူညီတဲ့ နေရာမှာရှိတဲ့သူတွေအတွက်ရော ပုံမှန်ပဲလား၊ သူတို့အတွက်ပုံမှန်ဆိုတဲ့ အရာတွေက မိမိတို့လက်ခံထားတဲ့ အတွေးအခေါ်အယူအဆတွေနဲ့ရော ဘာတွေကွဲပြားကြသလဲ စတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာတွေကို ဆွေးနွေးဖလှယ်သွားနိုင်မယ့် အခွင့်အရေးကို အခုတစ်ခေါက် GYD မှာတွေ့ရှိမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

လူသန်းပေါင်းများစွာနေထိုင်ကြတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာကြီးထဲမှာ မတူညီတဲ့ သန်းပေါင်းများစွာသော အဖြစ်အပျက်တွေကို လေ့လာကြည့်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက်ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ GYD ကို ပြုလုပ်နေတာပါ။ အခုတစ်ခေါက်ပါဝင်သွားမယ့် region တွေကတော့ Australia, Bangladesh, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Myanmar, နဲ့ Hong Kong တို့ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မေလ ၂၄ ရက်နေ့ကနေ မေလ ၃၀ ရက်နေ့ထိ တစ်ပတ်တိုင်တိုင်ပြုလုပ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပြီး ကြားထဲမှာလည်း ကိုယ့်အဖွဲ့အဆင်ပြေတဲ့ အချိန်တွေမှာ တွေ့လို့ရအောင်လည်း စီစဉ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။ ဝင်ကြေးအခမဲ့ဖြစ်ပြီး ပါဝင်ဖို့အတွက်ကို အောက်မှာ ဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ လင့်တွေကနေတဆင့် စာရင်းပေးသွင်းနိုင်ပါပြီ။

🌐The Global Youth Dialogue (GYD) is an online program designed to connect young people from around the world, allowing them to build friendships and engage in meaningful conversations.

It offers an opportunity to exchange perspectives on topics such as whether the things we experience in our daily lives are considered “normal” in other parts of the world, and how what others see as normal may differ from the beliefs and perspectives we hold. Through these discussions, participants can explore diverse viewpoints and better understand the differences and similarities across cultures.

GYD is organized with the aim of exploring the countless experiences that exist within our world, where billions of people live different lives in different contexts.
In this edition, participating regions include Australia, Bangladesh, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Hong Kong.

The program will run for one week, from May 24 to May 30. During this period, participants will also have the flexibility to meet at times that best suit their groups.

AIESEC က ကမ္ဘာ့နေရာ အနှံ့အပြားမှာ လူငယ်တွေအတွက် Cross-Cultural Exchange တွေကို ပြုလုပ်နေတဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အဲ့လိုထဲက လက်ရှိ‌လျှောက်လို့ရမယ့် opportunity တွေ၊ အဲ့ကိုလျှောက်ဖို့အတွက်လိုအပ်တဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေနဲ့ မိမိနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီတဲ့ အခွင့်အလမ်းတွေကို ရှာဖွေဖို့အတွက် ဘယ်လိုလုပ်ရမလဲဆိုတာတွေကို လေ့လာနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် webinar တစ်ခုစီစဉ်ထားပါတယ်။

[IWD26 | International Women's Day Initiative | Appreciation Post]

Over the past two months, AIESEC in Myanmar proudly hosted an initiative in celebration of International Women’s Day. This initiative brought together a series of panel discussions, workshops, site visits, and digital campaigns—each designed to empower women within our community and create a lasting impact.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all stakeholders who contributed to the successful organization of this initiative. Your support and collaboration were instrumental in making this journey meaningful and impactful.

HER Story, HER Power is our ongoing digital campaign dedicated to amplifying the voices of inspiring women within our community. Today, we are honored to share the story of an AIESECer from AIESEC in Taiwan — Avery Ma.

Avery Ma is a passionate young leader committed to youth development and cross-cultural exchange. She currently serves as the National Head of Outgoing Global Exchange Programs at AIESEC in Taiwan, where she empowers university chapters nationwide to create meaningful international volunteer and professional exchange opportunities for young people.

Avery studied Arabic at National Chengchi University and has been an active AIESECer for four years. Through her leadership journey, she has come to realize that leadership is not about having all the answers, but about continuously learning, growing, and uplifting others along the way.

"Her Passion, Her Way" ပွဲလေးဟာဆိုရင် အရင်ကပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ပွဲတွေနဲ့မတူဘဲ site vists သွားရောက်လေ့လာရမယ့် အစီအစဥ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

AIESEC in Myanmar has been hosting a series of programs in celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, and we are now excited to announce the final program of our two-month-long IWD initiative.

Unlike the previous workshops and panel discussions, we have prepared a special program called “HER Passion, HER Way,” where delegates will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by exploring women-led businesses. This site-visit program allows participants to learn not only about innovative business models but also directly from the personal journeys of women leaders behind these organizations.

At each site, the experts themselves will facilitate engaging sessions, sharing how they have built their work from the ground up.

Transportation and lunch will be provided, so you can fully focus on enjoying an immersive learning experience without worrying about logistics.

[IWD26 | International Women's Day Initiative: HER Story, HER Power]

As we continue our digital campaign celebrating International Women's Day 2026, we are proud to share the inspiring stories of women in our community.

Meet Ms. Ei Thinzar Phyo Julia who is a social impact business enthusiast with diverse experience in business development, operations, and program management across the private and nonprofit sectors in Myanmar for nearly 10 years. She is currently committing for the graduate business degree focusing on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Her previous experiences working alongside strong women leaders regarding women`s rights and development helped her grow into who she is today, and her recent work with Doh Eain as a Network Coordinator and Partnership Coordinator was a fulfilling experience that shaped her interest in social impact business models that create meaningful and lasting changes to the community. Her interests lie in social impact business, entrepreneurship, and building inclusive communities through education, collaboration, and innovation.
