ဂျီနီဗာသဘောတူညီချက်များအရ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်မှာ လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခနှင့် အခြားသောအကြမ်းဖက်မှုကြောင့် ထိခိုက်ခံစားရသူများကို လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ အထောက်အပံ့များပေးရန်နှင့် စစ်ပွဲကြောင့်ထိခိုက်ခံစားရသည့် သူများကို အကာအကွယ်ပေးသည့် ဥပဒေများကို အများသိရှိလာစေရေး ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အိုင်စီအာရ်စီ၏ အွန်လိုင်းအသိုက်အဝန်းဆိုင်ရာ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များ။

ကြက်ခြေနီ နှင့်လခြမ်းနီလှုပ်ရှားမှု (RCRC) ၏ အစိတ်အပိုင်းဖြစ်သည့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ကြက်ခြေနီ ကော်မတီ ( အိုင်စီအာရ်စီ) သည် ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာရှိမှု၊ တာဝန်သိမှု၊ အပြန်အလှန်သင်ယူမှု ရှိကြောင်း တတ်နိုင်သမျှသေချာစေရန် အပြုသဘောဆောင်ပြီး လေးစားမှုရှိသည့် ဖလှယ်မှုများကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စာမျက်နှာများတွင် အများပြည်သူဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှုအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမည်။ မတူကွဲပြားသည့်အမြင်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ကြိုဆိုလက်ခံပြီး အသုံးပြုသူများအားလုံးကိုလည်း မိမိတို့ အမြင်များကို လေးစားသမှုရှိရှိ မျှဝေမှုပြုပါရန် တောင်းဆိုပါသည်။ အိုင်စီအာရ်စီသည် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စာမျက်နှာများပေါ်တွင် အသုံးပြုသူများက ရေးသားဖော်ပြထားသည့်အကြောင်းအရာများကို မှန်ကန်ကြောင်းစစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် တိကျမှန်ကန်ကြောင်း အာမခံခြင်းတို့ကို ပြုလုပ်မည်မဟုတ်သည့် အပြင် တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အိုင်စီအာရ်စီအား ကိုယ်စားပြုသည် သို့မဟုတ်နှီးနွှယ်မှုရှိသည်ဟု ထင်ရသည့် ကိုယ်ရေးရာဇဝင်ရှိသူများ (profiles) အပါအဝင် ရေးသားဖော်ပြထားသော အကြောင်းအရာများကို အတည်ပြုထောက်ခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

"ကျွန်မတို့ရတဲ့ပစ္စည်းအားလုံးက တကယ်ကိုအသုံးတည့်ပါတယ်။ ပဋိပက္ခအတွင်းမှာ ကျွန်မတို့ အိမ်လေးဆုံးရှုံးလိုက်ရတော့ အခု ယာယီတဲထိုးပြီးနေနေရတာပါ" လို့ ပဋိပက္ခတွေနောက်ပိုင်း သူမ မူလနေထိုင်ရာကျေးရွာကို ပြန်လည်ရောက်ရှိလာတဲ့ မအိဖြူက ပြောပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိ နတ္တလင်းမြို့က ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်းတစ်ခုမှာ နေထိုင်နေရတဲ့ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာခဲ့ရတဲ့ မိခင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်တဲ့ မစန္ဒာကလည်း သူမရဲ့ အခြေအနေကို ပြောပြလာပါတယ်။ "ကျွန်မတို့ ရွာပြန်ဖို့ အဆင်သင့်မဖြစ်သေးပါဘူး။ အစားအစာတွေနဲ့ အိမ်သုံးပစ္စည်းတွေ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် ဖျာတွေ၊ ခြင်ထောင်တွေနဲ့ ဆိုလာမီးတွေက ကျွန်မတို့အတွက် အရမ်းကို အသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။"

ဒီမိသားစုတွေက သူတို့လိုအပ်နေတဲ့ ချက်ချင်းလက်ငင်းလိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းရာမှာအထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေဖို့၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ တောင်ဘက်ပိုင်းဒေသတွေမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နေတဲ့ အိုင်စီအာရ်စီအဖွဲ့က လတ်တလောလေးမှာပဲ မိသားစု ၁၆၃ စုအတွက် ဆန်၊ ဆီ၊ ပဲ မျိုးစုံနဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးသုံးပစ္စည်းတွေအပါအဝင် အစားအစာတွေနဲ့ မရှိမဖြစ်အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အိမ်သုံးပစ္စည်းတွေပေးဝေခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒီအကူအညီရဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကတော့ ဒီမိသားစုတွေ ကြုံတွေ့နေရတဲ့ အချို့သောအခက်အခဲတွေ လျော့ပါးသက်သာစေဖို့နဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးမှာ အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

“Every item we received has been very useful. We lost our house during the conflict, and we are now staying in a temporary tent,” said Ma Ei Phyu, who returned to her village after the fighting.

Ma Sandar, a displaced mother currently staying at a monastery in Nattalin, also described her situation: “We are not ready to go back yet. The food and household items, especially mats, mosquito nets and solar lights, are very helpful to us.”

To help these families meet their immediate needs, the ICRC team working in southern Myanmar recently provided 163 families with food and essential household items, including rice, oil, beans and dignity kits for women.

This support aims to ease some of the challenges they are facing and support their recovery.

၁၉၈၉ ခုနှစ်မှာ ဖြစ်ပျက်ခဲ့တဲ့ အဖြစ်အပျက်ကြောင့် ခြေထောက်တစ်ဖက်ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့တဲ့ ဦးဟန်သောင်းတစ်ယောက် ပြန်လည်လှုပ်ရှားသွားလာနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ခြေတုကို အမှီပြုခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ၊ ဦးဟန်သောင်းအတွက် လိုအပ်တဲ့ စောင့်ရှောက်မှုနဲ့ အကူအညီကို ကျိုင်းတုံကိုယ်ကာယပြန်လည်သန်စွမ်းရေးဌာနကပံ့ပိုးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

"ဒီလိုဌာနမျိုးက လူတွေအများကြီးအတွက် အကူအညီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့လိုလူတွေအတွက် အချို့အရာတွေမှာ တော်တော်လေး လွယ်ကူသွားစေပါတယ်" လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။

ကိုယ်ကာယပြန်လည်သန်စွမ်းရေးက လူတွေကို သူတို့ရဲ့ နေစဥ်ဘဝမှာ အမှီအခိုကင်းကင်းနဲ့ ပြန်ပြီး သွားလာနိုင်စေတဲ့အပြင် လုပ်ငန်းတွေနဲ့ အခြားအဓိပ္ပါယ်ရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာတွေမှာ ပါဝင်နိုင်ဖို့ ထောက်ကူပေးပါတယ်။

After losing his leg in an incident in 1989, U Han Taung has relied on a prosthetic limb to regain his mobility. Over the years, the Kyaing Tong Physical Rehabilitation Centre has provided him with the care and support he needs.

“The fact that there is a centre like this is helpful for many people. It makes things much easier for us,” he says.

Rehabilitation helps people regain independence in their daily lives and participate in work and other meaningful activities.

၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်အတွင်း၊ ကချင်ပြည်နယ်သီးသန့်အနေနဲ့ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့က လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခကြောင့်ထိခိုက်ခံစားခဲ့ရတဲ့အိမ်ထောင်စု ၂၁၈ စုက လူပေါင်း ၁,၄၈၆ ဦးကို အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းလုပ်ငန်းတွေပြန်လည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ဖို့၊ ဝင်ငွေရှာဖွေနိုင်ဖို့ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီခဲ့ပြီး၊ ဒီမိသားစုတွေက တည်ငြိမ်ပြီး ရေရှည်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မယ့်အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းလုပ်ငန်းတွေ ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်ရာမှာ ထောက်ကူခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Displacement can take away more than just a home; it disrupts livelihood and the ability to earn a living. In 2025, in Kachin State alone, we helped 218 households, covering 1,486 people affected by armed conflict restore their livelihoods, generate income – supporting them in building stable and sustainable livelihoods.

Schools are civilian buildings.

All of them are protected by the rules of war.

Even when schools are used for military purposes, international humanitarian law (IHL) still requires armed actors to take all feasible precautions prior to attack, to avoid or minimize incidental harm to civilians and civilian infrastructure.
Even wars have limits. Always.

ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု ရရှိခံယူနိုင်မှုက အရေးကြီးပါတယ်၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေတွေနဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခဖြစ်ပွားနေချိန်တွေမှာ ပိုလို့တောင် အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် ကျေးလက်ဒေသနဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခဒဏ်ခံရတဲ့ဒေသတွေမှာ အရပ်ဘက်လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေက လူနာတွေကို ဆေးရုံမရောက်ရှိမီ ကနဦး ပြုစုစောင့်ရှောက်မှုပေးရာမှာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ကဏ္ဍတစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နေပါတယ်။

အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေတွေကို တုံ့ပြန်ကူညီနေတဲ့ ဒီအဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေရဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်တွေ ပိုပြီးမြင့်မားလာစေဖို့အတွက်၊ အိုင်စီအာရ်စီက မကွေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတစ်ဝန်းမှာရှိတဲ့ အရပ်ဘက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေက စေတနာလုပ်အားရှင်တွေအတွက် အခြေခံအရေးပေါ်လူနာပြုစုနည်းသင်တန်းကို ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီသင်တန်းက စေတနာလုပ်အားရှင်တွေအတွက် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအသစ်တွေကို ရရှိစေတဲ့အပြင် အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေတွေမှာ ယုံကြည်မှုအပြည့်နဲ့ စောင့်ရှောက်မှုတွေကို အချိန်နဲ့တပြေးညီ ထိထိရောက်ရောက် ပေးအပ်နိုင်စေမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Access to healthcare is crucial, especially in times of crisis or emergencies.

In Myanmar, civil society organizations play a vital role in providing early care to patients before they reach to hospitals, particularly in rural and conflict-affected areas.

To strengthen their capacity to respond to emergencies, the ICRC recently conducted Basic Stabilization and Care training for volunteers from civil society organizations across Magway Region. The training equipped volunteers with new skills and greater confidence to provide timely and effective care in emergencies.

ဒီမိသားစုတွေကို ပံ့ပိုးကူညီဖို့အတွက် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်မှာရှိတဲ့ အိုင်စီအာရ်စီက လတ်တလောလေးမှာပဲ မိသားစု ၇၅စုအတွက် သွပ်မိုး၊ သစ်သား၊ ဝါးထရံတွေ၊ ရေစိုခံအထပ်သားပြားတွေနဲ့ အိမ်ဆောက်ရာမှာသုံးဖို့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ပစ္စည်းကိရိယာတွေကို ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သူတို့ရဲ့လိုအပ်ချက်တွေအပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး နေ့စဥ်ဘဝမှာ ပိုပြီး အဆင်ပြေစေဖို့အတွက် အိမ်သုံးဆိုလာပစ္စည်းအစုံ ၃၅ စုံကိုလည်း ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ရပ်ရွာလူထုအဖွဲ့တွေရဲ့ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးမှုကြောင့် ဒီအထောက်အပံ့တွေကို ထိခိုက်ခံစားခဲ့ရတဲ့ မိသားစုတွေဆီ တိုက်ရိုက်ပေးအပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒီပစ္စည်းတွေကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး မိသားစုတွေက အရှက်လုံပြီး ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံတဲ့ အိမ်လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ နေရာတစ်ခုကို ဖန်တီးနိုင်မယ့်အပြင် မိုးဒဏ်လေဒဏ်ကနေလည်း ပိုပြီး ကာကွယ်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

After years of displacement, families returning to their villages in Nawnghkio Township, Northern Shan State, urgently need safe and secure places to live.

To support them, the ICRC team in Shan State recently provided roofing sheets, timber, bamboo wall mats, waterproof plywood, and shelter tools and hardware to 75 families. Based on their needs, we also distributed 35 solar sets to help make daily life a little easier.

Thanks to the support of local community teams, the assistance was delivered directly to the families affected.

With these materials, families can better protect themselves from heavy rain and strong winds while creating a safe, secure, and dignified space to call home.

ကချင်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်း ဆက်လက်ဖြစ်ပွားနေတဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခတွေကြောင့် မိသားစုတွေက နေအိမ်တွေကို မဖြစ်မနေစွန့်ခွာခဲ့ရပြီးနောက် ဘေးကင်းတဲ့ဒေသတွေမှာ သူတို့ဘဝကို ပြန်လည်စတင်နေကြပါတယ်။

မြစ်ကြီးနားမှာရှိတဲ့ အိုင်စီအာရ်စီအဖွဲ့က ဒီမိသားစုတွေရဲ့ ချက်ခြင်းလက်ငင်းလိုအပ်ချက်တွေဖြည့်ဆည်းနိုင်စေဖို့ ထောက်ကူတဲ့အနေနဲ့ အရေးပေါ်အထောက်အပံ့ပစ္စည်းတွေနဲ့ မရှိမဖြစ်အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အိမ်သုံးပစ္စည်းတွေကို ပံ့ပိုးပြီး သူတို့ရဲ့ ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်စွမ်းကို ပံ့ပိုးနေပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ယခုအချိန်အထိ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့က ကချင်ပြည်နယ်တစ်ဝန်းမှာရှိတဲ့ လူပေါင်း ၁၂,၀၀၀ နီးပါးကို အရေးအပေါ်အထောက်အပံ့တွေ ပေးအပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး သူတို့ရဲ့ ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးနဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ ဘဝတွေကို ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်ရာမှာ ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီနေပါတယ်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်မှုက ဒီရပ်ရွာလူထုအတွက် ဘယ်လိုအထောက်အပံ့ဖြစ်သလဲဆိုတာ ကြည့်ရှုလိုက်ပါ။

The ICRC team in Myitkyina supports their resilience by providing emergency relief and essential household items to help them meet their immediate needs.
