รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเมียนมา
(U Tin Maung Swe) เยือนไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ
ช่วงวันที่ 13-14 ก.ค. 69 และได้เข้าพบนายกรัฐมนตรีไทย
(นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล) โดยหารือเพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือ
และความสัมพันธ์อันดีของไทยและเมียนมา รวมทั้ง
เรื่องความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย-เมียนมา
ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ร่วมกันของไทยและเมียนมา

นอกจากนี้ รมว.กต.เมียนมา ได้พบหารือรองนายกรัฐมนตรี
และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศของไทย
(นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว) โดยหารือการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือ ความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย-เมียนมา
และการสนับสนุนให้เกิดสันติภาพในเมียนมา
การป้องกันปราบปรามยาเสพติดและสินค้าผิดกฎหมาย
การอำนวยความสะดวกทางการค้า ตลอดจนความร่วมมือ
ในการการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการลดมลพิษ
เช่น ฝุ่นควันข้ามพรมแดน เป็นต้น

การเยือนไทยอย่างเป็นทางการของ รมว.กต.เมียนมา “เป็นสัญญาณที่ดี” สะท้อนความสัมพันธ์อันดีต่อกัน
ของไทยและเมียนมา รวมทั้งความร่วมมือกันในเรื่องต่างๆ
ทั้งเรื่องความมั่นคง เศรษฐกิจ สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม

TBAM was honored to have the opportunity to meet with Ms. Chaowanee Tangvongsprasert, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Royal Thai Embassy, Yangon, to introduce the Thai Business Association of Myanmar (TBAM) and exchange views on the current business landscape in Myanmar.

The discussion covered key challenges facing Thai businesses, emerging opportunities, and ways to strengthen collaboration in supporting the Thai business community in Myanmar.

TBAM sincerely appreciates the warm welcome and valuable discussion, and we look forward to continuing our close cooperation with the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon to support and strengthen Thai businesses in Myanmar.

🤝 Strengthening Thai-Myanmar Business Connections

On 25 June 2026, the Thai Business Association of Myanmar (TBAM) successfully hosted the 2nd Thai-Myanmar Business Exchange and Connection: Export Earnings Match in Yangon.

The event brought together Thai trading companies and members of the Myanmar Rice Federation (MRF) to exchange business information, build new connections, and explore opportunities for collaboration through export earnings matching.

TBAM would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Myanmar Rice Federation, all participating companies, and our distinguished guests for making this event a success. We look forward to continuing to support stronger trade and business partnerships between Thailand and Myanmar.

The evening brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and members of various chambers and associations to exchange ideas, expand networks, and explore opportunities for collaboration across industries and borders.
