Since 2018, we have provided in-person & online training in Youth and Community Development. IFPS has developed capacity building programmes on politics and research training. IFPS Learning Series: Leadership for Community Development (Batch 1)

"Leadership for Community Development Batch 1" အတန်းအတွက် လျှောက်ထားသူများထဲမှ ရွေးချယ်ခံရသူများကို ယနေ့တွင် မေးလ် (Email) မှတစ်ဆင့် အကြောင်းကြားစာများ ပေးပို့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

ယခုသင်တန်းကို စိတ်ပါဝင်စားစွာဖြင့် လျှောက်ထားသူဦးရေ စုစုပေါင်း ၈၉၀ ဦး အထိ ရှိခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် ကျွန်မတို့ IFPS Learning Series အနေနဲ့ အထူးပဲ ဝမ်းမြောက်ဂုဏ်ယူမိသလို၊ အားလုံးကို လက်ခံနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိတဲ့အတွက်လည်း နားလည်ပေးဖို့ မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါတယ်။

Proposal ဆိုတာ "အလှူခံစာ" မဟုတ်ပါဘူး 🤝❌

စီမံကိန်း အဆိုပြုလွှာ (Project Proposal) တစ်စောင် ရေးတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် သင့်စိတ်ထဲမှာ ဘယ်လို ခံစားချက်မျိုး ရှိနေလဲ? "ငါတို့မှာ ပိုက်ဆံမရှိဘူး... သူတို့ဆီက ရမှ ဖြစ်မယ်" ဆိုတဲ့ အားငယ်စိတ်၊ တောင်းဆိုလိုစိတ်တွေ ဝင်နေမိလား?

ဒီလိုစိတ်နဲ့ ရေးလိုက်တဲ့ Proposal ဟာ ဖတ်လိုက်ရင် "အလှူခံစာ" တစ်စောင်နဲ့ တူနေတတ်ပါတယ်။ Donor (အလှူရှင်) တွေက သနားလို့ ပေးချင်ပေးမယ်၊ ဒါပေမဲ့ "ယုံကြည်မှု" နဲ့ ပေးတာမျိုးတော့ ဖြစ်လာမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

တကယ်တော့ အောင်မြင်တဲ့ Proposal တစ်ခုဆိုတာ Win-Win Situation (နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဖက် အကျိုးရှိတဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းမှု) ပါ။

ဒီအချက်ကို သေချာ မြင်အောင် ကြည့်ကြရအောင် -

💰 Donor တွေဘက်မှာ ဘာရှိလဲ? သူတို့မှာ ငွေကြေး (Fund) ရှိတယ်။ အရင်းအမြစ်တွေ ရှိတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့... သူတို့ကိုယ်တိုင် ရပ်ရွာထဲဆင်းပြီး၊ လူထုနဲ့ထိတွေ့ပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ဖို့ အချိန်နဲ့ လူအင်အား မရှိကြပါဘူး။ သူတို့ပိုက်ဆံကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အသုံးချပေးမယ့်သူကို သူတို့ ရှာနေတာပါ။

🛠️ သင့်ဘက်မှာ ဘာရှိလဲ? သင့်မှာ မြေပြင်အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိတယ်။ ရပ်ရွာပြဿနာကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မယ့် အကြံဉာဏ် (Solution) ရှိတယ်။ လက်တွေ့လုပ်မယ့် လူအင်အား (Action) ရှိတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့... သင့်မှာ ငွေကြေးအရင်းအနှီး လိုအပ်နေတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့်... Proposal ရေးတယ်ဆိုတာ - "ငါ့ကို ပိုက်ဆံပေးပါ" လို့ တောင်းတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ "ခင်ဗျားတို့မှာရှိတဲ့ အရင်းအနှီးနဲ့၊ ကျွန်တော်တို့မှာရှိတဲ့ စွမ်းရည်ကို ပေါင်းစပ်ပြီး ဒီပြဿနာကို အတူတူ ဖြေရှင်းကြမလား" လို့ သိက္ခာရှိရှိ ဖိတ်ခေါ်တာပါ။

💡 Mindset ပြောင်းပြီး ရေးကြစို့

❌ "ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ကူညီပါ" (Help us) လို့ ပြောမယ့်အစား...

✅ "ကျွန်တော်တို့နဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းပါ" (Partner with us) လို့ ပြောပါ။

❌ "ကျွန်တော်တို့ ပိုက်ဆံလိုနေပါတယ်" လို့ ပြောမယ့်အစား...

✅ "ဒီပမာဏ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံရင် ဒီလို ရလဒ်ကောင်းတွေ ရလာပါမယ်" (Invest for Impact) လို့ ပြောပါ။

Donor တွေကို "ပိုက်ဆံအိတ် (ATM)" လို မမြင်ပါနဲ့။ သင့်အိပ်မက်ကို အတူတူ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်မယ့် "မိတ်ဖက် (Partner)" တွေလို သဘောထားပါ။ ဒါမှ သင့် Proposal က ယုံကြည်မှု (Confidence) အပြည့်နဲ့ ဆွဲဆောင်မှု ရှိနေမှာပါ။

သင်က လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကို ပြောင်းလဲမယ့်သူ (Changemaker) တစ်ယောက်ဆိုတာ မမေ့ပါနဲ့။ 💪

Project Manager တိုင်း မဖြစ်မနေ သိထားရမယ့် "တြိဂံ" တစ်ခု ⚠️🔺

Project တစ်ခုကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲတဲ့အခါ အရာအားလုံးကို တပြိုင်နက်တည်း ကောင်းမွန်အောင် လုပ်ဖို့ဆိုတာ မလွယ်ကူပါဘူး။ Project Management မှာ ထိန်းညှိရခက်တဲ့ အဓိက အချက် (၃) ချက်ရှိပါတယ်။

1️⃣ Scope (လုပ်ငန်းပမာဏ): ဘာတွေလုပ်မှာလဲ? 2️⃣ Time (အချိန်): ဘယ်တော့ပြီးမှာလဲ? 3️⃣ Cost (ကုန်ကျစရိတ်): ဘယ်လောက်ကုန်မှာလဲ?

ဒီ (၃) ခုက တစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခု ဆက်စပ်နေပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ - အချိန် (Time) ကို လိုချင်တာထက် ပိုမြန်မြန်ပြီးချင်ရင် ကုန်ကျစရိတ် (Cost) ပိုသုံးရမယ်။ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်ကို လျှော့ချင်ရင် လုပ်ငန်းပမာဏ (Scope) ကို လျှော့ရမယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် Project Manager ကောင်းတစ်ယောက်ဆိုတာ... "အကောင်းဆုံးကို၊ အမြန်ဆုံးနဲ့၊ ဈေးအသက်သာဆုံး" လုပ်ပေးနိုင်သူ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဒီအချက် (၃) ချက်ကို မျှတအောင် ညှိနှိုင်းပေးနိုင်သူ (Balancer) သာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Project မစခင် ဒါတွေ ပြင်ဆင်ပြီးပြီလား? ✅

စီမံကိန်းတစ်ခု အောင်မြင်ဖို့ဆိုတာ အစီအစဉ်ဆွဲကောင်းရုံနဲ့ မလုံလောက်ပါဘူး။ လက်တွေ့ကွင်းဆင်းတဲ့အခါ ဒီအချက်တွေကို သတိထားဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။

🔹 (၁) Clear Goal (ရှင်းလင်းတဲ့ ပန်းတိုင်) ငါတို့ ဘာလုပ်ချင်တာလဲ၊ ဘာကြောင့်လုပ်တာလဲ ဆိုတာကို Team Member အားလုံး ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း သိနေရပါမယ်။

🔹 (၂) Communication (ဆက်သွယ်ရေး) ပြဿနာအများစုက "စကားမပေါက်လို့" ဖြစ်တာပါ။ သတင်းအချက်အလက် စီးဆင်းမှု ကောင်းမွန်ပါစေ။

🔹 (၃) Risk Management (ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်မှု) မမျှော်လင့်ထားတာတွေ ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ရင် ဘာဆက်လုပ်မလဲ? Plan B ရှိပါစေ။ (အထူးသဖြင့် အခုလို ကာလမျိုးမှာ ပိုအရေးကြီးပါတယ်)

🔹 (၄) Stakeholder Engagement (သက်ဆိုင်သူများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေး) ကိုယ့် Project နဲ့ ပတ်သက်ဆက်နွယ်နေသူတွေ (အာဏာပိုင်၊ ရပ်ရွာလူထု၊ အလှူရှင်) ကို လျစ်လျူမရှုပါနဲ့။

🔹 (၅) Monitoring (စောင့်ကြည့်လေ့လာခြင်း) ပြီးမှ ပြန်ကြည့်တာမျိုး မဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ လုပ်ရင်းကိုင်ရင်း လမ်းကြောင်းမှန် ဟုတ်/မဟုတ် အမြဲပြန်စစ်ဆေးပါ။

ဒီအချက်တွေက ရိုးရှင်းပေမယ့် တကယ်တမ်း Project လုပ်တဲ့အခါ မေ့နေတတ်ကြပါတယ်။ Save ပြီး သိမ်းထားလိုက်ကြနော်! 💾
