The work of the D-Pa team involves all dimensions of advice and technical services of organizational development, including training, strategic planning, team building, change management, and performance coaching in entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, and day-to-day management. D-Pa Training and Advisory has facilitated the 2nd Conference of Myanmar Sustainable Natural Rubber Association Incorporated (MSNRA).

D-Pa has trained the BoDs, Members and Smallholder rubber farmers to be developed the Article of Association (By-laws) in which the membership, membership’s rights and termination, Board Officers and Election, Annual General Meeting, Working Committee, and Role of committees are enacted.

နယ်အသီးသီးမှ လူ (၁၀၀) ကျော် တက်ရောက်သော ဒီနေ့အခမ်းအနားသည် MSNRA အတွက် အရမ်းကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အခိုက်အတန့်ပါ
