POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Sub-Technical Assistant Engineer within our Inspection Section. The successful candidates will support our technical team in conducting thorough site inspections and technical research, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and HPBC guidelines for high-rise and public building projects.
This role also carries a forward-looking responsibility β€” actively researching and evaluating emerging construction technologies and innovative practices to continuously improve inspection quality and contribute to the advancement of Myanmar's construction industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

βœ… Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with PQP, Checklists, Safety Management Plan, HPBC site audits, material test results, specifications, building codes and guidelines
βœ… Prepare site schedules, Google form for construction progress analysis, attendance records and inspection report
βœ… Document inspection findings including deviations from recommended drawings, standards and safety concerns, and report to the Technical Manager
βœ… Work closely with EIET and collaborate with internal (Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, M&E, WATSAN, ACMV) to resolve issues and ensure smooth project ex*****on
βœ… Check final inspection reports to support the issuance of the Building Completion Certificate (BCC)
βœ… Actively research, innovative and stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in construction engineering, inspection techniques, and building safety regulations
βœ… Other ad-hoc duties are assigned

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sub-Technical Assistant Engineer (IT Section) is responsible for supporting the organization's digital operations, including website management, social media platforms, IT infrastructure, and staff technical support. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day IT functions and contributing to HPBC's ongoing digitalization efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
βœ… Assist in digitalization system, routine maintenance, backups, website and IT documentation
βœ… Support website management and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube) including updates, content uploads and troubleshooting
βœ… Provide technical support for Zoom and other online meetings including setup, screen sharing, recording and troubleshooting
βœ… Coordinate communication between office staff and web developers to ensure technical updates and requirements are implemented smoothly
