We are pleased to share the good news that the "Systems Thinking for Leadership Development" Training – Batch (3), organized by the Land Core Group, will begin this coming May.

This training will be delivered through a hybrid learning approach, combining online and in-person sessions. Participants will explore key systems thinking concepts, practical systems tools, and analytical approaches to strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

In addition, the training will integrate the HartHill Leadership Development Framework, an essential foundation for strengthening individual leadership capacities.

The training will last 2 months, and detailed session schedules are available in the attached image.

The Land Core Group is dedicated to empowering Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and leaders in the development sector through our Systems Thinking training programs. In 2025, we successfully conducted the "Systems Thinking for Leadership Development" course.

This video highlights the special follow-up session conducted after the completion of Batch 2. In this session, we reviewed the practical application of the coursework in the workplace, analyzed the improvements achieved, and provided advanced coaching to further strengthen these skills.
