On behalf of the Organizing Committee of UCSM AI Hackathon 2026, we hereby acknowledge that we have successfully received Myanmar Internet Exchange (MMIX) sponsorship contribution for the organization of UCSM AI Hackathon 2026, which will be held as part of the 29th Anniversary Celebration of the University of Computer Studies, Mandalay (UCSM).
Myanmar Internet Exchange Association (MMIX) is a non-profit association established in September 2017 as Myanmar’s first Internet Exchange Point (IXP).
MMIX provides IP peering services that enable Internet Service Providers (ISPs), content providers, and other network organizations to exchange Internet traffic locally. This local traffic exchange helps reduce international bandwidth costs, improve network performance, and provide a better Internet experience for users in Myanmar.
In addition, MMIX leads the Myanmar Network Operators' Group (MMNOG), a community platform for network engineers and Internet professionals in Myanmar to share technical knowledge, learn from each other, and exchange operational experience.
