​Condom ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ အသုံးပြုခြင်းက မလိုချင်တဲ့ ကိုယ်ဝန်နဲ့ လိင်ကနေ ကူးစက်တတ်တဲ့ ရောဂါတွေကို ကာကွယ်ရာမှာ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

Condom ထုပ်ပိုးမှုပေါ်က သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးရက်ကို အမြဲစစ်ဆေးပါ။ သက်တမ်းလွန်ပြီးသား Condom ကို မသုံးပါနဲ့။
• ​ထုပ်ပိုးမှုကို စစ်ဆေးပါ၊
ထုပ်ပိုးမှုက လေလုံပြီး မပျက်စီးနေဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ ပေါက်ပြဲနေတဲ့ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ပွင့်နေတဲ့ ထုပ်ပိုးမှုကို မသုံးပါနဲ့။
• ​မှန်ကန်စွာ ဖွင့်ပါ၊
ထုပ်ပိုးမှုကို သွားနဲ့ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ချွန်ထက်တဲ့ အရာဝတ္ထုတွေနဲ့ မဖွင့်ပါနဲ့။ ထုပ်ပိုးမှုရဲ့ ဘေးနားမှာရှိတဲ့ ခေါက်ကြောင်းလေးကနေ လက်နဲ့ ညင်သာစွာ ဖွင့်ပါ။

✅️​ အဆင့် ၂: Condom စွပ်ခြင်း 🎩

• ​သဘာဝအခြေအနေ စောင့်ပါ၊
လိင်အင်္ဂါထိပ်ပိုင်းမှာ Condom ကိုတင်ပြီး လိင်တံ တင်းမာနေတဲ့ အချိန်မှာ စွပ်ပါ။
• ​လေထွက်အောင်လုပ်ပါ၊
Condom ရဲ့ ထိပ်ပိုင်းကို လေထွက်ဖို့ ညှစ်ပေးပါ။ ဒါမှ လေပူဖောင်း မဖြစ်တော့ပဲ သုတ်ရည်အတွက် နေရာကျန်ပါမယ်။
• ​အောက်သို့ လိပ်ချပါ၊
Condom ကို လိင်တံအောက်ခြေအထိ လှိမ့်ချပြီး အပြည့်အစုံ ဖုံးအုပ်ပါ။
• ​ချောဆီသုံးပါ၊
ရေအခြေခံ (water-based) ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဆီလီကွန်အခြေခံ (silicone-based) ချောဆီကို သုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဆီအခြေခံ (oil-based) ချောဆီတွေက Condom ကို ပျက်စီးစေနိုင်တာကြောင့် ရှောင်ကြဉ်ပါ။

✅️​ အဆင့် ၃: လိင်ဆက်ဆံပြီးနောက် 🍌

• ​ချက်ချင်းဖယ်ရှားပါ၊
သုတ်လွှတ်ပြီးနောက်၊ လိင်တံပျော့သွားချိန် မရောက်ခင် ချက်ချင်းထုတ်ပါ။
• ​အောက်ခြေကို ကိုင်ထားပါ၊
Condom ထိပ်က သုတ်ရည်တွေ မယိုစိမ့်အောင် လိင်တံအောက်ခြေကနေ Condom ရဲ့ အောက်ခြေကို ကိုင်ပြီး ဆွဲထုတ်ပါ။
• ​Condom ကို ဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်း လှိမ့်ချပါ၊
အသုံးပြုပြီးသား Condom ကို လှိမ့်ချပြီး ဖြုတ်ပါ။

✅️​ အဆင့် ၄: စနစ်တကျ စွန့်ပစ်ခြင်း 🗑️

• ​အမှိုက်ပုံးထဲထည့်ပါ၊
အသုံးပြုပြီးသား Condom ကို တစ်ရှူးနဲ့ ပတ်ပြီး အမှိုက်ပုံးထဲ စနစ်တကျ စွန့်ပစ်ပါ။
• ​အိမ်သာထဲ မထည့်ပါနဲ့၊
အိမ်သာထဲကို Condom တွေ မစွန့်ပစ်ပါနဲ့။ ဒါက ပိတ်ဆို့မှုတွေ ဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။

• ​ကွန်ဒုံး တခုကို တကြိမ်သာ သုံးပါ။
• ​မိမိနဲ့ သင့်တော်သော မှန်ကန်တဲ့ အရွယ်အစားကိုသာ ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
• ​ကွန်ဒုံးကို အသုံးမပြုခင် နေရောင်ခြည်နဲ့ အပူချိန်လွန်ကဲတဲ့ နေရာတွေမှာ မထားပါနဲ့၊ အေးပြီး ခြောက်သွေ့တဲ့နေရာမှာ သိမ်းဆည်းပါ။

This is Chris Brownlie, one of AHF’s co-founders, at the opening of the hospice that would bear his name.

In 1988, the Chris Brownlie Hospice opened its doors to people with AIDS at a time when far too many were being met with fear, stigma and rejection.

The message at the front door said it all: “All Are Welcome Here.”

Chris would lose his own life to AIDS less than a year later. But the place he helped create went on to care for more than 1,000 people before closing in 1996.

Nearly 40 years later, as we approach World AIDS Day, we remember Chris and the people who believed that everyone deserved to be cared for with compassion and dignity.

We Were There. We’re still here. Now more than ever.

Do you agree that some innocent girls need to help for their life with vocational support.?
Today, AHF Myanmar support the "Vocational Training for Youths Empowerment" at Shwe Pyi Thar vocational training school of girls who are orphans and pick up under Social Welfare Department.
Basic sewing training for the girls is fundamental need for their life when they become 18 years old. At the developing country like Myanmar, most of the factories in industrial zone are sewing factories. So the qualified girls of sewing training will be granted jobs at these sewing factories.
In this basic sewing training, 35 girls will be trained for three months and they need IEC materials and support.
During we attend the training, two suspected girls with HIV were found and referred to Mingalardon Specialist Hospital for further management. This is a key effort for our destination of AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

Chem s*x ဆိုတာ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး သုံးစွဲပြီး ပုံမှန်မဟုတ်သော လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ် ။

လူငယ်လူရွယ်တချို့ဟာ Ectasy(MDMA), GHB/ GBL, Ketamine, Poppers (Nitrites), ICE (methamphetamine), WY စတဲ့ ဆေးဝါးများကို အသုံးပြုပြီး အတူတူဆက်ဆံကြခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မူးယစ်ဆေးသုံးစွဲထားတာကြောင့် သာမန်ထက် ပိုကောင်းမွန်သည်ဟု အထင်ရောက်ခြင်း၊ အချိန်ကြာမြင့်စွာ စွမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ခြင်းများ ရှိသော်လည်း ပုံမှန်အသိစိတ် မရှိတာကြောင့် အကာအကွယ် ကွန်ဒုံးသုံးစွဲခြင်း မရှိသောအခါ HIV အပါအဝင် ကာလသားရောဂါနှင့် လိင်မှတဆင့် ကူးစက်ရောဂါများ အလွယ်တကူ ကူးစက်ခံရနိုင်ပါတယ် ။

အထူးသဖြင့် Gay & MSM ဦးတည်အုပ်စုတွေမှာ မူးယစ်ဆေးသုံးပြီး တဦးထက်ပိုတဲ့ အုပ်စုဖွဲ့ဆက်ဆံခြင်းများကို ပြုလုပ်လာကြတာဟာလည်း အန္တရာယ််များတဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် ဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

Hee Say, Tinder, Grindr, Telegram, PURE, Bumble, Badoo, Messenger, Viber စသည့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးကွန်ယက် Online Apps များမှတဆင့် s*x party ချိန်းဆိုကြပြီး အုပ်စုဖွဲ့ ရက်ကြာရှည် ရောထွေးနေထိုင်ကြခြင်းများ ပြုမူလာကြပါတယ်။

တဦးတယောက်မှာ ကူးစက်ရောဂါတခုခု ရှိနေခဲ့ရင် ကျန်သောအခြားသူများကို အလွယ်တကူ ကူးစက်နိုင်ပြီး ဆင့်ပွါး ရောဂါကူးစက်မှုများလည်း ဖြစ်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

One of the good leadership guidance and success of life are basically depended on "Communication Skills".
AHF Myanmar shared the knowledge about communication skills to the young trainees of the local NGO, Tha Pyae.

Part of the training is happily learning with role plays by the trainees themselves.

These role plays are
1. Group Communication by body signs.
2. Communication by carrying, writing, and whispering to each other.

They learned the basic importance of communication and how to improve their communication ability and techniques.
