On 11 August 2026, Myanmar Tourism Marketing (MTM) took a significant step forward in building international tourism connections! We were privileged to welcome H.E. Mr. Segundo Martin Calero Escorcia, Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua, to the MTM office. In a milestone moment, the MTM Chairman and H.E. the Ambassador signed an official MOU dedicated to Tourism Promotion, Cultural Exchange and Bilateral Cooperation .The MOU was officially signed by H.E. Ambassador Mr. Segundo Martin Calero Escorcia of the Republic of Nicaragua and U Kyaw Min Htin Chairman of Myanmar Tourism Marketing for establishing a new partnership. This collaboration paves the way for strong partnerships, shared knowledge, and richer cultural understanding between two countries. Thank you to H.E. TTM+ 2026 – Thailand Travel Mart Plus

Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+) 2026, one of ASEAN’s leading travel trade shows, will be held from 10–12 June 2026 in Pattaya, Thailand, bringing together international buyers, sellers, media, and tourism professionals from around the world.

Daw Tin Kyi Min, Head of Fam Trip Committee of MTM, MTM Members Tori Travel and Myanmar Polestar will represent Myanmar Tourism Marketing (MTM), together with the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism and Myanmar tourism delegates, will proudly participate in TTM+ 2026 to promote Myanmar tourism products, strengthen regional tourism partnerships, and explore new market opportunities.
The event provides an important platform for Myanmar tourism stakeholders to connect with international buyers and keep Myanmar visible in the global tourism market.

Myanmar Tourism Marketing Chairman, Secretary General, and Executive Committee Members had the privilege of paying a courtesy call on the Union Minister of Tourism and Culture.

During the meeting, MTM Chairman introduced Myanmar Tourism Marketing (MTM), a proud association with over 25 years of service. MTM was established during the historic Visit Myanmar Year in 1996. Chairman highlighted MTM’s ongoing efforts to promote Myanmar at international travel trade shows. He announced MTM’s participation in TTM plus 2026 under the theme “Two countries, one destination.” Additionally, Chairman expressed the intention to promote Myanmar Tourism Fair 2027 at TTM plus 2026. He requested the Ministry’s assistance in organizing Myanmar Tourism Fair 2027.

Together, we eagerly anticipate revitalizing Myanmar’s tourism industry and showcasing the country’s beauty, culture, and warmth to the world.

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းစျေးကွက်မြှင့်တင်ရေးအသင်းမှ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၊ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှုးနှင့် အလုပ်အမှုဆောင်များသည် ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းညီနောင်အသင်းများနှင့်အတူ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များကို တင်ပြဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးဦးဆောင်ကျင်းပသည့် တွေ့ဆုံပွဲသို့တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
