We registered as a non-profit business organization at Ministry of Planning and Finance, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), Union of Myanmar on 13 May 2019 with the registration number 120268422. We connected officially with International Women Coffee Alliance (IWCA) on March 23, 2020.

Send 2 members to participate in National Technical Working group for Women Leadership in Political & Economic which is lead by Ministry of Social Welfare, Resettlement, Union of Myanmar.
Become member of Gender Equality Network (GEN) in Myanmar to be understand and to participate in gender equality activities of Myanmar
connected with Partners of America (USA) to help the organisation development of IWCA Myanmar and to help the business of members under the USAID funding.
organised training and seminar with ILO Myanmar office to learn and apply the labor standards, CSR and responsible business.
Members
The members consist of coffee farmers with small and medium scale, local coffee crop traders & coffee shop owners and the companies (primarily export companies, as well as producers, traders, wholesalers, and buyers). MWCA was leady by the board of management which include a president, Vice president, general secretary, and regional representatives who are the implementing members in each region. The BOD was supported by the technical advisory group from various background and expertise such as the Agriculture Group, Management Group, Food safety and gender equality.
MWCA organized its activities regionally: current 56 members are representing 2 Regions and 5 ethnic states of different coffee area in Myanmar; Yangon as head office in Yangon Region, Mandalay, Mogok and Pyin Oo Lwin for Mandalay Region, Min Dat and Tedim for Chin State, Than Daung for Karen State, Phe Khon for Kayah State, Ywa Ngan for Shan State and Nga Phe for (Magway/ Rakhine state). Each region has a representative who manages that area.
