‎ယခုလို အစစအရာရာ ဈေးတက်နေတဲ့ ခေတ်ကြီးထဲမှာ စရိတ်ပိုခြွေတာနိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှာ အမှိုက်တွေကို တတ်နိုင်သလောက် လျှော့ချနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် Circular Map (Repair & Eco-Service Map) လေးနဲ့ Prevent Plastics+ က ဒီကနေ့မှာ မိတ်ဆက်ပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

‎ဒီ Map လေးကတော့ YEAH (Youth for Environmental Action and Hope) Volume 4 မှ လူငယ်လေးများက Final Project အဖြစ် မြို့နယ်အသီးသီးမှာရှိတဲ့ ပြင်ဆင်စရာ ပစ္စည်းမျိုးစုံအတွက် ဆိုင်နေရာတွေကို စနစ်တကျ ပြန်လည် စုစည်းပြီး Mapping လုပ်ထားတာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိမှာ Prevent Plastics+ ဟာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးသင် စာသင်ကျောင်းအချို့နဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ကျောင်းတွင်းအမှိုက်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအပြင် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နဲ့ ပလတ်စတစ်ဆိုင်ရာ အသိပညာပေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေကို ဆရာမများမှတစ်ဆင့် ကလေးများအား သင်ကြားပေးလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။
အခုမျှဝေထားတဲ့ပုံထဲမှာတော့ ကျောင်းမကြီးမှ ဆရာ၊ဆရာမတွေနဲ့ ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေက ရွာတစ်ဝိုက်ကို တက်ညီလက်ညီ သန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်ခဲ့ကြတာပါ။ လုပ်အားပေးကြသူတွေကို ဘုန်းကြီးကနေ ကောက်ညှင်းဆန်နဲ့ ငှက်ပျောသီးကြော်တွေကို

ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် အလှူဒါနပြုကြတဲ့အခါ အဆင်ပြေလွယ်ကူအောင် တစ်ခါသုံးပလတ်စတစ်တွေကို လွယ်လွယ်သုံးတတ်ကြတယ်။ အခုဝေမျှတဲ့နည်းလေးကတော့ ရှေးမြန်မာတို့ရဲ့ဓလေ့လည်းဖြစ်တယ်။ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုရော ကျန်းမာရေးကိုရော မထိခိုက်စေတဲ့ ကြည်နူးစရာပုံရိပ်လေးမို့ ပြန်လည်ဝေမျှလိုက်ရပါတယ်။

Prevent Plastics+ is collaborating with several monastic schools across Myanmar to promote school waste management practices and environmental and plastic awareness education, delivered to children through trained teachers.
Recently, teachers and students from the school joined hands to clean the surrounding village area. As a gesture of appreciation, the monastery provided volunteers with steamed sticky rice and fried bananas, thoughtfully served on almond leaves.
In many donation and community activities, people often choose single-use plastics for convenience. However, this simple practice reflects a traditional Myanmar way of sharing food that is both environmentally friendly and healthier for people. It is a heartwarming reminder that some of our old customs can still inspire sustainable living today.

ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ World Mental Health Day အထိမ်းအမှတ်နေ့ ပွဲလေးကို Aung Clinic Mental Health Initiative နဲ့အတူ ဟေရမုန် - Urban Organic Farm မှာ တူတူကျင်းပခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
အရင်ဆုံး ဟေရမုန် farmမှ ဆရာ Luke ကနေ ခြံအကြောင်းရှင်းပြပြီး farm tour လုပ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
အဲ့နောက်မှာတော့ Aung Mental Health Initiative မှ ဆရာအောင်မင်းတပည့်တွေနဲ့ Painting Session ကို ဆရာမ စန်းစန်းဦး နဲ့အတူ လုပ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
နေ့လည်ပိုင်းမှာတော့ "How to Live on Earth" ရုပ်ရှင်
ကြည့်ရင်း ဆရာမေသူခိုင် ကနေ ဦးဆောင် facilitate လုပ်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး မတူညီတဲ့ အတွေးအမြင်တွေကို အချင်းချင်း ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
ပွဲအပိတ်မှာတော့ ဟေရမုန် farm ကနေ စိုက်ဖို့အပင်လေးတွေကို လက်ဆောင်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး ဒီလိုနဲ့ တစ်နေ့တာကို farm ထဲမှာ ကုန်ဆုံးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
World Mental Health Day မှာ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ကိုယ်ရှင်သန်နေထိုင်တဲ့နည်းလမ်းတွေကို ပြန်ပြောင်းသုံးသပ်ရင်း စိတ်ကိုအနားပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ကြလိမ့်မယ်လို့ထင်ပါတယ်။
နောက်ပိုင်းမှာလည်း အခုလိုမျိုး သဘာဝနဲ့ထိတွေ့တဲ့ ပွဲလေးတွေဆက်လုပ်ဖို့ရှိတာမို့ စောင့်မျှော်ပေးကြပါဦးနော်။

Started with a farm tour led by Sayar Luke, followed by a relaxing painting session with the students from Aung Mental Health Initiative together with Dr San San Oo. In the afternoon, we screened How to Live on Earth and shared thoughts in a discussion facilitated by Ma May Thu Khine.
Before heading home, Farm gifted some plants to care for. It was a simple but meaningful day of connecting with nature, reflecting on lives, and giving minds a little space to breathe.

Aung Clinic Mental Health Initiative ဟေရမုန် - Urban Organic Farm နှင့် Prevent Plastics+ တို့ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး World Mental Health Day အထိမ်းအမှတ်ပွဲလေးကို အောက်တိုဘာလ (၁၀)ရက်နေ့မှာ ကျင်းပသွားဖို့ရှိပါတယ်။ 🌱

Aung Mental Health Initiative မှ ဆရာအောင်မင်းရဲ့ တပည့်တွေနဲ့ "How to Live on Earth" ရုပ်ရှင်ကြည့်ရင်း farm ထဲမှာ နေ့လည်စာစားကြပြီး အဲ့နောက်မှာတော့ Painting session ပြုလုပ်သွားမှာပါ။
ဒီပွဲကတော့ ဆရာအောင်မင်းရဲ့ တပည့်တွေနဲ့ ဟေရမုန် farm တို့ ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်တဲ့ activity လေး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီလို သဘာဝထဲမှာ ပန်းချီဆွဲတဲ့ series ကို နောက်ပိုင်း ဆက်လုပ်သွားနိုင်အောင်လည်း ကြိုးစားလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။

သဘာဝနဲ့ထိတွေ့ခြင်းက စိတ်ကိုကျန်းမာစေသလို သဘာဝကို ပိုမိုချစ်မြတ်နိုးလာစေတာမို့ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးကို စိတ်အားထက်သန်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး ပွဲလေးကို စီစဉ်ရခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

This World Mental Health Day, Aung Mental Health Initiative and Hermon Farm will jointly host a special event on 10 October.
Participants, including Dr. Aung Min's students from Aung Mental Health Initiative, will gather at the farm to watch the documentary "How to Live on Earth", enjoy lunch in a natural setting, and take part in a painting session afterwards.
This activity is a collaborative effort between Dr Aung Min's students and Hayyamone Farm. We also hope to continue organising similar nature-based painting sessions in the future.
The event is inspired by the belief that connecting with nature supports mental well-being and helps people develop a deeper appreciation and love for the environment.

MEETup 2027 ဟာ ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂမှ တိုက်ရိုက်စီမံပေးတဲ့ programme ဖြစ်ပြီး Prevent Plastics+ မှာ ပြုလုပ်ပေးနေကျ လူငယ် programme ကဲ့သို့ လူငယ်တွေရဲ့ skill ကို နောက်တစ်ဆင့်မြှင့်ပေးမယ့် programme လည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
မိမိရဲ့ လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကို မြှင့်တင်ရင်း လူငယ်တွေအချင်းချင်း ပိုမိုချိတ်ဆက်ဖို့ MEETup 2027 ကို လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ငယ်ငယ်က ကျောင်းသွားတဲ့အခါ ထမင်းချိုင့် ကိုယ်စီဆွဲရင်း သွားကြတယ်။ အိမ်ကထည့်ပေးလိုက် ထမင်း၊ဟင်းတွေကို သူငယ်ချင်းတွေနဲ့ တူတူဝိုင်းဖွဲ့စားကြတဲ့ အမှတ်တရတွေ အားလုံးမှာရှိဖူးကြမှာပါ။
ဒီလို နေ့လည်စာထမင်းဘူးတွေ ထည့်တာက တစ်ခါသုံးပလတ်စတစ်တွေကို စာသင်နှစ်တစ်နှစ်စာအတွက်ဆို ခန့်မှန်းခြေ 195ရက်စာလောက်အထိ လျှော့ချနိုင်ပါတယ်။
