အခြေခံပညာရေးကျောင်းသားရေးရာအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (အ.က.ရ)သည် လူငယ်များ ဦးဆောင်သည့် မြန်မာ့ ကျောင်းသားအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ကျောင်းသားထုအခွင့်အ‌ရေး ကာကွယ်ရေးနှင့် ‌နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးကာလနှင့် တော်လှန်ရေးကလအလွန်တွင်ပါ ဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ်ကို လိုလားသော ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများကို တက်နိုင်သည့်ဘက်မှ ကူညီ ပံ့ပိုးနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ထူထောင်ထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
