💧ကလေးငယ်တွေစာကောင်းကောင်းသင်နိုင်ဖို့၊ကျန်းမာရေးနဲ့ညီညွတ်တဲ့ ရေကောင်းရေသန့်ရရှိဖို့လည်းလိုပါတယ်💧

ကျောင်းနေအရွယ်ကလေးများ သန့်ရှင်းစိတ်ချရသော သောက်သုံးရေ ရရှိဖို့ဆိုတာ အခုလို အရာရာခက်ခဲနေတဲ့အချိန်မှာ - တစ်ရက်ကိုရေသန့်ဗူးကြီး (၁၅) ဗူး - ဗူး (၂၀) လောက်ဖိုးကလည်း ချို့တဲ့တဲ့ကျောင်းတွေအတွက်မလွယ်လှပါဘူး။

ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ HAGL မြန်မာအဖွဲ့သားတွေဟာ “We Care, We Share by HAGL Myanmar" အစီအစဉ်မှတစ်ဆင့် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး အရှေ့ဒဂုံမြို့နယ်အတွင်းမှာရှိတဲ့ အစိုးရမူလတန်းလွန်ကျောင်းများ၊ ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးသင်ပညာရေးကျောင်းနှင့် သီလရှင်စာသင်တိုက် စတဲ့ ကျောင်း (၄)ကျောင်းသို့ သွားရောက်ပြီး ကျောင်းသား/သူများ၏ ပညာရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုရန်နှင့် သန့်ရှင်းသော သောက်သုံးရေ ရရှိစေရန်အတွက်သွားရောက်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

အခုလှူဒါန်းမှုမှတစ်ဆင့် ကလေးငယ်များ နေ့စဉ် သန့်ရှင်းသောသောက်သုံးရေ ရရှိစေမယ့်အပြင် ကျောင်းများရဲ့ နေ့စဉ် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်ကိုလည်း တစ်ဖက်တစ်လမ်းမှ လျှော့ချပေးနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

💧 Clean Water, Better Learning 💧

For children to thrive in school, access to clean drinking water isn't just important—it's essential.

Yet for under-resourced schools, providing safe drinking water is a constant challenge. Buying 15-to-20-litre water bottles daily creates a heavy financial burden that many simply cannot sustain.

To help lighten this load, our team stepped in through the "We Care, We Share by HAGL Myanmar" program. On July 28, we visited four schools across East Dagon Township, in Yangon Region —including government primary schools, a monastic school, and a nunnery education center—to improve facilities and ensure students have daily access to clean water.

By setting up sustainable water solutions, we’re not only protecting student health, but also helping these schools save on daily operational costs.

Here’s how we helped:
📍 Chan Thar Aung Nunnery Education Center
✅ Installed a water purification unit for daily safe drinking water
✅ Donated large whiteboards to replace worn-out classroom equipment
📍 Aye Yeik Thar Monastic Education School
✅ Installed a water purification unit
✅ Provided Solar lights for uninterrupted learning during blackouts
✅ Provided wall-mounted and AC/DC rechargeable fans to keep study spaces comfortable
📍 No. (26) Basic Education Post-Primary Branch School
✅ Fixed and reinstalled a damaged RO water purifier
✅ Replaced broken whiteboards with brand-new ones
📍 No. (10) Basic Education Post- Primary School
✅ Provided water purification machines for reliable daily water access

ကျောင်းနေအရွယ်ကလေးများ ကောင်းမွန်စွာပညာသင်ကြားနိုင်ရေးအတွက် သန့်ရှင်းသောသောက်သုံးရေရရှိမှုဟာလည်း အင်မတန်မှအရေးကြီးလှပါတယ် ။ အထူးသဖြင့်နွမ်းပါးတဲ့မိသားစုက ကလေးငယ်တွေ တက်ရောက်နေရတဲ့စိုးရကျောင်းတွေ၊ ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးသင်ပညာရေးကျောင်းတွေက ကလေးငယ်တွေအတွက် နေ့စဥ်ရေသန့်ဘူးဝယ်သောက်ဖို့ဆိုတာကလည်း ခုလိုကာလမှာခက်ခဲလှပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် “We Care, We Share” by HAGL Myanmar အနေနဲ့ ယခုနှစ်မိုးကာလအတွင်း ကလေးငယ်တွေရေကောင်းရေသန့်ရရှိရေးနဲ့ ရေမှတဆင့်ကူးစက်တက်တဲ့ရောဂါတွေကို ကာကွယ်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး အရှေ့ဒဂုံမြို့နယ်အတွင်းမှာရှိတဲ့ အစိုးရမူလတန်းလွန်ကျောင်းလေးတွေနဲ့ ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးသင်ပညာရေးကျောင်းတွေမှာ တက်ရောက်ပညာသင်ယူနေကြတဲ့ ကလေးငယ်ပေါင်းထောင်ချီအတွက် ရေသန့်စက်များတပ်ဆင်လှုဒါန်းသွားဖို့ ယခုလဇူလိုင်လအတွင်းပြုလုပ်သွားမှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Clean drinking water is essential for ensuring that school-aged children can pursue their education in a healthy environment. However, for underprivileged students attending government and monastic schools, purchasing bottled water daily has become increasingly difficult under current circumstances.

In response, HAGL Myanmar’s “We Care, We Share” initiative will be installing water purification systems this July. This project aims to provide safe drinking water and prevent waterborne diseases during the monsoon season, benefiting thousands of children attending government and monastic schools in East Dagon Township, Yangon Region.

To mark World Blood Donor Day on June 14th, 'We Care, We Share ‘by HAGL Myanmar successfully hosted a collective blood donation drive at Meliá Yangon’s first-floor Inya Ballroom.

With the support of the National Blood Centre, the event brought together 300 dedicated staff members and generous donors to provide critical assistance during urgent blood shortages. Melia Yangon and “We Care, We Share” also provided nutritious refreshments to all donors and healthcare workers to show their gratitude.

“We Care, We Share” and Meliá Yangon thank every donor for their generous contribution. Please encourage others to donate blood every four months.

“We Care, We Share” Marks World Blood Donor Day with Successful Mass Blood Donation Drive

In honor of World Blood Donor Day on June 14th, a collaborative charity blood donation drive organized by “We Care, We Share” by HAGL Myanmar and Meliá Yangon was successfully held on June 3rd at the Inya Ballroom, located on the first floor of the Meliá Yangon hotel. ✨

Continuing the tradition of previous years, this year's event invited participants to join under the noble theme of “Normalizing Voluntary Blood Donation.” Driven by a shared enthusiasm to save lives, a total of 300 individuals, including dedicated staff members and generous donors, stepped forward to donate. 🩸

Organized in partnership with the National Blood Center, the drive aimed to provide critical support to areas facing urgent blood shortages. To show gratitude, Meliá Yangon provided nutritious refreshments, while “We Care, We Share” distributed nourishment to all the blood donors and healthcare workers present. 🥛🍳

This event not only helped meet the National Blood Center's emergency blood requirements in Yangon but also served as a powerful inspiration for people to adopt the healthy habit of donating blood every 4 months.

We Care, We Share, and Meliá Yangon would like to thank every single donor. Your noble contribution of life-saving blood plays a vital role in strengthening the healthcare of our community. 💖

ဖေဖေါ်ဝါရီလ ၄ ရက်နေ့တွင်ကျရောက်သော ကမ္ဘာ့ကင်ဆာရောဂါအထိမ်းအမှတ်နေ့ (World Cancer Day) တွင် HAGL Myanmar အနေဖြင့် ကင်ဆာဝေဒနာရှင်များ၊ ၎င်းတို့၏ မိသားစုဝင်များနှင့်အတူ တစ်သားတည်း ရှိနေပါကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၂၇ ခုနှစ်အထိ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော"United by Unique" ဆိုသည့် ဆောင်ပုဒ်နှင့်အညီ၊ လူနာတစ်ဦးချင်းစီ၏ မတူညီသော ဖြတ်သန်းမှုအတွေ့အကြုံများကို လေးစားတန်ဖိုးထားပြီး လူနာကို ဗဟိုပြုသည့် စောင့်ရှောက်မှုစနစ်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာစေရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အနေဖြင့် တိုက်တွန်းအားပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။

"ကင်ဆာ" ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးဟာ ကြားလိုက်ရုံနဲ့တင် လူတိုင်းကို တုန်လှုပ်စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ကင်ဆာရောဂါဟာ ကုသစရိတ် အလွန်ကြီးမားသလို ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးတဲ့ မိသားစုတွေအတွက်တော့ စီးပွားရေးအရ ချွတ်ခြုံကျစေပြီး ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာရော စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာပါ ကြီးလေးတဲ့ ဒုက္ခတွေကို ခံစားပြီးမှ သေဆုံးကြရတာမျိုး ဖြစ်ကြရပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် ယခုလဇန်နဝါရီ ၂၉ ရက်နေ့မှာတော့ HAGL Myanmar ရဲ့ “We Care, We Share” အဖွဲ့ဟာ ဦးလှထွန်း ကင်ဆာဖောင်ဒေးရှင်းသို့ သွားရောက်ပြီး လှူဒါန်းမှုနဲ့ မေတ္တာမျှဝေမှုတွေ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ လှူဒါန်းမှုများအနေနဲ့ ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်းမှလိုအပ်သောနေရာတွင်အသုံးပြုရန် အလှူငွေကျပ် သိန်း (၃၀) နှင့် ဝေဒနာရှင်တစ်ဦးချင်းစီအတွက်
တစ်ဦးလျှင် (၁) သိန်းကျပ်စီ မေတ္တာငွေများ ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ကင်ဆာရောဂါဟာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ နေထိုင်မှုပုံစံနဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အခြေအနေတွေကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပွားတတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် မဖြစ်သေးခင်မှာ ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်နိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ ဖြစ်ပြီးသူတွေကို ကူညီမျှဝေတတ်ကြဖို့ - ကင်ဆာအသိပညာပေးလှုပ်ရှားမှု (Cancer Awareness Campaign)တွေ လိုအပ်နေပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ HAGL Myanmar ရဲ့ လှုမှုအကျိုးပြုရည်မှန်းချက်တွေထဲမှာ ကင်ဆာရောဂါနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး အသိပညာပေးဖို့ကလည်း အဓိကအနေနဲ့ ပါဝင်နေပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်လည်း အခုလို သွားရောက်လှူဒါန်းရင်း တာဝန်ရှိသူတွေ၊ ဝေဒနာရှင်တွေနဲ့ အမေးအဖြေတွေ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး ဗဟုသုတတွေ ရယူလာခဲ့ပါတယ်။

လာမယ့် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ (၄) ရက်နေ့မှာ ကျရောက်မယ့် “ကမ္ဘာ့ကင်ဆာရောဂါအထိမ်းအမှတ်နေ့”နဲ့ ကင်ဆာအသိပညာပေးလှုပ်ရှားသူတွေကို လေးစားဂုဏ်ပြုသောအားဖြင့် ယခုအလှူဒါနကို ကြည်နူးဝမ်းမြောက်စွာ ပြုလုပ်လိုက်ရပါတယ်။

🎗️ We Care, We Share: A Journey of Compassion 🎗️

The word "Cancer" brings immense challenges—not just physically, but financially and mentally. To support those in their toughest moments, HAGL Myanmar’s “We Care, We Share” team visited U Hla Tun Hospice (Cancer) Foundation in East Dagon on January 29th.

The foundation provides a peaceful sanctuary and palliative care for Stage 4 cancer patients. To support their incredible mission, we contributed:
•3,000,000 MMK for the Foundation’s essential operations.
•100,000 MMK directly to each patient as a gesture of love and support.

Beyond donations, we believe in the power of Cancer Awareness. By understanding the risks and lifestyle factors, we can work toward prevention and better support for those affected.

As we approach World Cancer Day (Feb 4), we honor the fighters, the survivors, and the caregivers. Together, we can make a difference. 🤝❤️
