၃။ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းအနေဖြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို ဦးတည်ရန်နှင့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲရေးကို တွန်းအားပေးရန်။
