Pride Month is more than a celebration, it is a reminder that everyone deserves to feel a sense of belonging without having to hide who they are.
In many workplaces and communities, people still experience invisible barriers that make it difficult to speak openly, feel accepted, or fully participate as themselves. Creating inclusive environments starts with understanding those experiences and making space for every individual to feel respected, valued, and heard.
This June 2026, BCGE, in collaboration with Q-Ed, is launching ๐ฝ๐๐ก๐ค๐ฃ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ช๐ฉ ๐ฝ๐๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ง๐จ, a ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ญ.
๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป tailored to encourage meaningful conversations around diversity, inclusion, and LGBTQIA+ awareness in the workplace.
What We Will Explore Together
โจ What Does Belonging Feel Like?
โจ Understanding Belonging & Invisible Barriers
โจ Understanding Diversity, Including LGBTQIA+
โจ Why Inclusion Matters in Workplaces & Communities
โจ Allyship: Small Actions That Matter
โจ Reflection & Audience Engagement
Through this session, participants will explore how small actions, open conversations, and inclusive practices can help build workplace cultures where everyone can come as they are and belong as they are.
Because inclusion is not about asking people to fit in, itโs about creating spaces where people no longer feel they have to filter themselves to be accepted.
